Description: Saburo is a big guy standing at 6'4", possessing a bulging musculature and a very athletic build. His extremely fit body gives off a intimidating aura against those of a lower physical stature. He exhibits an erect back as one would expect from a gentlemen and one would hardly find a flaw in his posture. Saburo is well regarded for his handsome, refined face; a rough exterior it is though. His facial appearance takes more Caucasian characteristics than most ninja who have more Asian features. His eyes are of a deep, dark orange color. Equally notable is his flaming spiky blond hair, which has a strange outlook to it; as if he arranged his locks to be so prominent that they'd flow like fire.

As mentioned of his great build, Saburo has massive arms that supplement his imposing shoulders and relatively thick nick. Physically, he is akin to a very tailored bodyguard and looks as if he could break someone in two. His fingernails are perfectly manicured and do not have any trace of any compulsive bite marks or habits that would destroy the beauty of his fingers. His legs and hips are equally robust to not only suggest the power that comes from his physique but also his own prowess as a runner. He appears to be something of a giant which reflects off of his own position in Kumogakure's society, stomping on anyone who treads on his path towards success.

Saburo has a vast array of clothing. He can be seen wearing a very durable black flak vest that covers the bottom of his neck to his waistline, but is short-sleeved so it only extends to his elbows.  Covering that, he wears a golden-colored jacket; although this could vary with a white or blue one. It's also not uncommon for him to drape on a tuxedo and fit himself to a black pair of leggings to complete the suit of a refined man. He wears lightweight golden rings along his waist. Saburo sports yellow ninja leggings, although it could be black. Finally, he wears yellow boots with a spiked-up tip, to suggest a devillish appearance.

Personality:
Nindo: Get hungry, get dirty, but never lose your men ~ Saburo will do what it takes to accomplish his goal, so the ends justify the means. However, he'll never sacrifice those who follow or believe in him if he absolutely cannot avoid it.
Personality Description: An extremely proud and dutiful guy, Saburo places no greater emphasis than his ninja gang, whom he treats as if they were part of his family. To him, they're all one big team of rabblerousers and freedom fighters. He has a big dream; he dreams of conquering country poverty. He's always presenting himself as a charitable gentlemen, but is really a corrupted liar and manipulator. Saburo has his hands very deep in blood and local warfare so much that he is practically the human embodiment of crime in Kumogakure. He is the man responsible for the drugs, the assassinations, the fraud, the raids, and the robberies. He does double-dealings under the table while attending parties and laughing it up with his fellow guests. He is not afraid of telling people what he thinks of them - he's a honest man even if he's lying. It's all about business, but sometimes family comes above that. He takes great care of the Basara clan, giving them whatever they want so long as they do not question him. He is now the "man of the house". Saburo is typically level-headed, temperate, and cool. He may scoff at and mock others, but he's usually open to criticism, so long as he's not in his house. His house is his house. No disrespect will ever occur in it.

As the big crime boss in Kumogakure, Saburo is well aware that his life will most likely end abruptly, but never places too much care on security. He's arrogant enough to believe there is no greater security than himself. He's cocky when he thinks of threats and being threatened, convincing himself to be confident for he has his wits and his Stand power to ensure that he will survive. He is always on the lookout for new recruits. He has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom gained from criminal experience, often reciting them in speeches and to people he meets. Saburo is never afraid of a fight or to provoke someone. Howwever, Saburo hates traitors. He does not like dogs or rats in his family, or they will be executed. He commands authority and demands loyalty. Anyone who doesn't listen to him may be killed the next day. even his closest friends will receive no better than eternal banishment from Kumogakure or risk being flogged. He does not like to hide, and can soemtimes be seen walking around the streets in open areas all by himself.

In reference to Saburo's initial dream to end poverty in the village and unite all poor ninja to become gangsters in his organization, that dream has been warped and twisted. He has become so corrupted and greedy that that dream can no longer be achieved. He is a hypocritical soul, although he wants to end poverty, he's actually doing nothing major to change it. He has no patriotic attachment to the village, yet still wants to help them become a better place. Saburo is very fearsome and likes to emit this dark atmosphere around him. His "voice" and confidence is strong. He likes to think that he owns everything in the village, including the Raikage. Saburo is stern about his motives.

In addition to his calm fearsomeness, he can also be very aggressive and angry when provoked. This anger is his wrath against social elites that have been present ever since he was young. He likes the motto "The World Is Yours", and takes everything he wants, often forcefully. But say that he is provoked in some way, then that coolness of his will slip and he will turn into this deranged monster. He'll swear and curse a lot at those around him, gesticulating in extreme manners while an explosive aura erupts from him. Anyone who tells him what to do, messes with him, and tries to take something that belongs to him away from him, he gets mad. And when he gets mad, he'll stop at nothing until his opponent has been crippled by verbal abuse. Power-hungry and self-confident, this fallen saint stops at nothing until his greed is satisfied.

Background:
History:
Born under the Basara clan to Muramasa Basara and Sayaka Hattori, Saburo was known as the "golden child". He was born with the legendary "Stand" power within the clan, which is known to be bestowed upon one Basara clan member per decade. The Stand power is an ability originally from the clan ancestor, who drank the blood of Kaguya Otsutsuki. At the time, the Basara clan had been under a state of severe financial difficulty and was living off welfare from the government. They were in poverty and really didn't have much to do except to work and earn money to not live, but to survive. The birth of Saburo gave the 76 clan members hope.
Originally a happy couple, Muramasa turned bitter after getting laid off a couple of times. He'd frequently yell at his wife and Saburo every week or so, and the intensity of that gradually increased. Exposed to this environment, Saburo grew up in a very hostile, unstable family. Rather than encouraging him to restore the clan, the other family members pressured him to grow up and make their lives better. So, Saburo also was bitter about all of this and envied others who were far better off than him. Gravely disappointed that he was born at the bottom, he however did not hate his family. Realizing that they were at the bottom, there was no other way to go except up. He took all of their abuse and pressures and found a way to love them despite it. He enrolled in the Academy at the age of 4 and dedicated his time to studying ninjutsu in order to gain power.

He first developed his Stand ability at the age of 6, when his father got so violent that he slapped his wife around and beated on her. This enraged Saburo and filled with so much volatility in mind and spirit that it triggered his Stand, ZA WARUDO. A miniature golden warrior-like "ghost" appeared besides Saburo without him knowing. As the target of his bloodlust was his father, Za Warudo grabbed Muramasa and smacked him across. Looking at his Stand, Saburo slowly passed out.

He woked up the next day to find himself in his bed, relatively well-rested. He resumed his studies at the Academy and graduated at the age of 10, excelling in every aspect. His hard work paid off. Still, at his graduation ceremony, he didn't see his father. Later on, his father returned more happier than before. He had found a job. Not a good one, but one that would last for a year or two. The verbal abuse and pressures from his father resumed, if not intensified now that Saburo had developed the Stand power. Yet, saburo did not harbor any future hostility against his father. He simply accepted the fact that his people were desperate and that he needed to grow up as soon as possible.

He'd become a Chunin at the age of 12. At this point, in addition to Suiton jutsu, he had focused intensely on Taijutsu training. He wanted to get a very strong and muscular body, a rather common thought to all growing boys at the time. He wanted the body of an athlete, perhaps even of a wrestler. He'd often run for a kilometer or two and get into bodybuilding work a few hours per day, all the while pushing the capabilities of his Stand further as he grew to explore its unknown power. Saburo had a rather nasty reputation to do as many missions as possible with as little respite there is. He became more greedy, and was perceived as such. He'd take on C-ranks and B-ranks, with rare occassions of the bejeweled A-class assignment as a reward for his outstanding work. He wanted to build an empire, so he'd need as much money as possible and save up. He protected his treasury as if it were his child. This constant greed for wealth and ambition to get stronger and gain power would eventually exponentially expand his fame and reputation all across Kumogakure, and perhaps even a few minor villagers surrounding it. He completed several S-class missions, and far his outstanding mission record and abundance of power, he was promoted to a full-fledged Jounin at the age of 20.

Saburo was nearing the peak of his power- and he gathered many "friends", allies, and resources all across the country to plant the seeds that will found the root for what would become of his empire. Over the years, he had made contact with other low-time crooks and criminal bosses in order to gain followers, money, and a constant access to income - such as drug trafficking, pimping, and hardcore underhanded dirty work. He appealed to their poor conditions and desire to have anything they want. He had a natural charisma to convince people - almost even manipulating them, to join his cause. He made a name for himself around the neighborhood; around the ghettos as a friend of the poor. And he had an intimidating aura about him. at this time, he had gained the body he wanted - ripped with muscles and big. He could have been the bodyguard to the Raikage, who was deluded by Saburo's charm, easily knocking ordinary ninja out with punches. Even more formidable was his mysterious Stand, which also had an intimidating effect on those around him. Using his contact with poor friends from his childhood who grew up to be involved in crime, he started his own little drug business.
The thing didn't last for more than a month. Sandayu Wakamoto, the shinobi mobster moss of the time, shutted his business down. Enraged, Saburo lunged at him with fury, trying to take on the boss. Unfortunately, he was not aware of Wakamoto's Black Lightning boxing, and was taken down after a hard fight, and had the left hole of his nose fingered so bad in the fight that he lost all sense of smell there. Impressed at Saburo's rage and skills, he offered Saburo a high position in his organization, which "Sabby Nose" Saburo, as he was called in Wakamoto's criminal organization, he reluctantly accepted. Thus, he quitted being an active ninja.
Wakamoto's criminal activities gave Saburo the experience and confidence he needed. Perhaps even more influential than the ninja authoriies, Wakamoto commanded a ninja Mafia that extended throughout the Land of Lightning, and was one of the most influential ninja in the world who does not have a position in their village council. Saburo took this opportunity to get his hand into all kinds of stuff; drugs, gambling, prostitution, assassination, negotiations, smuggling, fraud, and illegal manufacturing, extortion, etc, etc. It was inevitable that he would gain friends all over the Mafia and became well-liked, often referred to as Wakamoto's Right Hand Man. Except he wasn't. Wakamoto knew that Saburo had hidden intentions, and so did not give him power that was too close to his. He kept his eye on Saburo on all times, or had others do it for him. And that's where Wakamoto went wrong. After there the mob had a big assignment spearheaded by Wakamoto where they raided many wealth houses from another country, Saburo spreaded hefty rumors starting from the grunts that Wakamoto had raped 12 women; an act that was considered horrid in the mob. This worked around the organization, and when Wakamoto made severe deal with the Raikage that would halt many of the members' daily duties, resentment grew against Wakamoto. Saburo succeeded in creating a sub-division of his own followers within the organization, many of whom were sent by Wakamoto to watch over him. Slowly, Saburo orchestrated a big plan involving official ninja that he knew, killing off the higher-ups as gradually as possible. This made Wakamoto very desperate in fear for his life, so he decided to recruit Saburo as his bodyguard. Saburo observed Wakamoto's every move and waited for the right moment.
He knew he couldn't trust the police, so he took matters in his own hand. Slipping in an overdose of anxiety pills, Wakamoto's judgement was clouded even further one climatic day in his office. Behind his back, Saburo mauled at him, punching him rapidly with Za Warudo, who had grown stronger ever since Saburo entered the mob. Disorientated, Wakamoto activated his Black Lightning, but his movements were too sluggish to actually tag Saburo who had predicted his every move. Taunting him for the disappointing rematch, Saburo easily beated Wakamoto nearly to death. Wakamoto called Saburo an "undercover dog", to which Saburo replied "I'm no rat. I'm just a demon that eats demons". And so he punched Wakamoto's head right off. The patriarch of the mob had died. Saburo had his dozens of followers hunt down and kill off Wakamoto's most loyal people, tipping their locations off to the ninja military. In short, the Mafia collapsed.

Saburo did not take over the mob, nor did he rebuild it. He didn't want Wakamoto's filth in his empire. Rather, he'll create a new gang that will completely replace Wakamoto's. taking in the people that followed him as well as friends that he had gathered back when he was a child and in the streets, he formed a small but very powerful ninja gang. He had enough influence and resources to take over the drug and smuggling trade that Wakamoto left behind, which rapidly expanded his gang. At the age of 22, Saburo began known as "Daitaishou" or Big Boss within his group. He established the organization's law and code of conducts and took on a variety of illegal activities. He made deals with people all over the world from other countries, all while evading the suspicision of the government (they had nothing on him). He made deals with the Raikage and corrupt officials in the government. He liquidated anyone who had something that he needed and became more secretive and ambitious. Furthermore, he became a member of the village's ANBU Black Ops, allowing him to explore the art of deception and covert warfare while working from within the village to gather as many secrets as he can and to oversee the black ops' progress in monitering the activities of his empire, ensuring the safety of his mob. In a few years, he conquered Kumogakure's underworld.

Saburo's innocent intentions changed. He became corrupted and experienced in negotiating and assassination. He was not a strange man to underhanded tactics. Yet, he still wanted to create an empire of the poor, to band against the elite. He dreamed of the day poverty would no longer come to the streets of Kumogakure and everyone was happy and doing okay. But as he indulged himself in all of this shit, poverty only changed by a modest amount, more people died because of his empire, while he himself was getting extremely fat on money (which he often spends on the economy and charities). Saburo stabilized into a generally level-headed and cool person, but prone to violent outbursts when necessary. He had a deadly aura about him, as if his word was law and anything he says goes. Like a man that needs to be listened to and obeyed. A father figure. He would soon grow into the person he is today. Since his account has been "deactivated" as a ninja, he is no longer obliged to go on missions, although he will on an inconsistent basis. He portrays himself as a honest man of integrity, but is really one shaddy bastard. Ruling for well over a decade, his empire surpassed Wakamoto's at its peak, spreading not only throughout the Land of Lightning, but into other nations as well. Saburo himself grew very powerful; his physical stature and fearsome Stand is enough to ward many enemies of his away from him. As Saburo wants the environment to be the product of him, he has lay waste to the village with crime, corruption, and blood. Now 34, he continues to rule his empire with a iron but familial fist, desiring more influence, friends, money, and change in the world.
