Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Step two was no less the success as the old fox had calculated. After the layers of sand had encompassed and imprisoned the enemy leader, the pyramidical structure was formed, enclosing all of the puppets and corpses and what not within its parameters. Even without sealing tags to reinforce the binding, they would not be able to move inside of there. All puppet bodies would be filled with sand and their movements clogged up to prevent futile resistance. All seventeen or so of the enemy forces had been captured. Now onto the final stage, and a quick decisive blow to end the Kazekage's plan. Curling his small hands into a fist, he clenched it tightly as if he were celebrating a victory.

"Sand Waterfall Funeral"

The same technique that he had employed decades past, it had liquidated many opponents, soaking his pet in the carmine liquid life. Without losing it's deadly swiftness, it was tuned up to maximum potency. He had focused the tremendous amount of chakra-infused sand to completely crush all that were trapped inside, puppet and human alike. There was no discrimination against soldier and traitor. All parts of the puppet would be caved in, imploding violently while the exterior outline of the pyramid contained the violent ending to the enemy commander's life. The enemy whose name will forever be unknown to him. All within was destroyed; the puppet bodies would be mostly shattered.

Step three was accomplished, the battle had ended, and with it, the war was lost on the rebels' part. Gengo had won once again.

LET ME TELL YOU WHY THAT IS BULLSHIT


I would like to thank everyone for participating in this event, for it could not have been done without you all!

Now, before I get into it, there should be only two posts following this one. This being Error 404's last and FINAL post as "Necro" as well as Kidbushido's last post as "Juri Han" reacting to Necro's last moments.

As for the NPCs, thank you for making this fun for us all... however this is not how I wanted this to end... none the less, here I go.

First post - You will notice that all the items are layed out, from two puppets of the 10 Warriors and Knights collection ,as well as the Human Puppet of Kaseki's original body. Now, if you look into the puppet, both Frame Zero and the creature Kaseki become, being his unique Species. These were not your everyday puppet. But let's go on..

Gengo's First post - Nothing but a foreshadowing of a battle soon to come. Here the NPC actually ACKNOWLEDGES that this is a civil war, with Akatsuki as the catalyst. So good job V, thank you for actually reading the posts... at least for now.

OOC Post - Oh teh noes, le events was miscalculated. Well that's cool, now we can focus on one fight and actually conclude this thing... or so I thought.

First Move - Close the hole that was created when you go from 5v5 to 1v1. I was looking forward to a competent fight, but alas, the world is not what it seems.

Now let's analyse the first actual move made in the fight, being V'S Post
escending from this mass were thirty high-velocity shurikens of sand, all coming down upon his assailants, most of which were directed towards the head of the group who challenged him. They were somewhat lethal, able to plow into human flesh, but above all he would like to get sand in their pants before giving them a big, bloody spanking.  

Now that's all and well, until you realize that Kaseki actually has 3 sets of shared vision. One watching the old man, one his attacks, and another the environment. Go ahead, click "Jutsu" in my siggy to see "Foresight of the Puppet MAster" which was active since post one, as well as "Kuiyeoung" in my info card. And go ahead and read the Looks Description on Kaseki. I can see from all angels, literally making my reaction time faster than an instant... but that's not the point.

Now let's get to my next post. Stanza 3:
He took a small leap into the sky,
It was nothing more than a jump,
The bodies gathered to die,
And this old man he would triumph.
Oh, and also at stanza 6:
He took a jump onto the arms
Of the small puppets before him.
They were pulled into the air...
And his body began the ascension to the heavens

Hm, I even cleared up that Kaseki took a jump, not a high one, not a fast one. He took a small leap onto the arms of his puppets, and pulled them all off the ground...

From where he was standing, the enemy did not seem to have minded that he was surrounded by layers of sand comparable to the volume that Gengo was standing on, conferring upon Gengo the geographical advantage. Intercepting his leap, sand would wrap around the ankles and rapidly worked its way up his legs, keeping him  in place. At the same time multiple pockets of sand as big as the humanoid himself would quickly rise to encompass the target and wrap around the commander of the rebels and all of his men near him, enshrouding them in a tight bind that would constrict their movements.

Now that's arguable a great move... but wait... let's look at the Jiton Clan, as well asa Puppet Spec.

Sand Speeds:
The speed of your sand depends on that of your Ninjutsu rank. The following are the listings.

Novice: Taijutsu Basic Speeds
Intermediate: Taijutsu Novice Speeds
Adept: Taijutsu Intermediate Speeds
Master: Taijutsu Adept Speeds
Specialist: Taijustu Adept Speeds.
And for puppet spec:
M2 -> M3 = 800 WC: Techs C-A are 50% off chakra costs. S ranks cost 25% less. Techs now do 1.6x that of the average. Can use up to 5 puppets with 5 mods. Puppets now move at up to Taijutsu Adept Speeds
M3 -> S1 = 3000 WC: User cannot have mastery in any other field. User can only be adept in one other class.

Specialist: The user has trained their entire life to become the best of the best in this category. However, they have sacrificed their training in other fields to become the best within this field. However, they don't suffer too much given that they are now renowned as gods of this class.They receive a 75% reduction in chakra costs on all jutsu C-B as well as a 50% reduction on A and S ranks.

So seeing as one set of vision watched the world around both of the "Kaseki" the second the sand moved, or rather BEFORE the shurikens were even destroyed, Kaseki was off the ground. Now if that doesn't mean much, then keep in mind that the Chakra upkeep fro the sand the Kazekage was standing on, was also not upkept... and yet he makes a post, not even reading what he wrote, setting himself up to actually not be able to use his own techniques...

But none the less, this event has concluded, thank you all for you participation, and I hope you all had a fun time reading, for those that did not get involved.

The battle was done.....Katshiro watched the ashes fall and mix into the sand.....The reason why he joined this battle was to join the akatsuki...... he planned to leave kumogakure..... he planned to get stronger and destroy kumogakure.......he planned to bring justice for the sake of those he loved.....Katshiro spotted the Raikage, behind her was an enemy ninja sneaking up in the sand..... For a moment he thought of letting the ninja kill her. As he turned away he remembered the dying words of his dear sister.

.....Don't hate the village.....hate those who corrupt it.....don't blame the raikage......after all the only one who can chase away all the evil from the village is the kage......the kage is the villagers protector....the kage is our protector

"Tch...protector?....PROTECTOR?! THEN WHERE THE HELL WAS THE KAGE WHEN YOU ALL DIED?!" said Katshiro to himself as he clenched his fit. His mind screamed for vengeance and hatred. His heart wanted to forgive and move on. For a brief moment, he turned around ready to walk away. Yet at the last minute he went back and headed towards the Raikage.

"Get down you bitch!"yelled Katshiro as he shoved Juri out of the way. The enemy ninja burst out of the sand his body clad in countless explosive tags. Katshiro yelled and picked up the ninja the ninja in return took a silver kunai and stabbed Katshiro right in the heart. Katshiro felt the metal burn through his body but despite this pain he threw the ninja with all his might.The ninja exploded, shrapnel and rocks flew at a deadly speed. Katshiro stood up and used his body as a shield to protect the raikage from the deadly debris hurting at them at bullet speeds.

The Dust began to settle, countless tiny rocks and shrapnel had entered Katshiros body. His internal organs where ripped apart and where riddled with holes just like swiss cheese. Despite his grave injuries Kastiro remained standing. He turned to the Raikage, his blood spilling out staining the sand a crimson red. Katshiro took out the silver kunai, the metal burned his hand as it touched his open wounds. Kasthiro then tossed the kunai away in the sand.

"You.....A Kage is supposed to protect the village and it's villagers right?.....A kage is supposed to protect......" said Katshiro from underneath his tattered bear mask. He walked towards her but at the second step he fell to his knees. He took out a scroll, his blood stained on the paper. Katshiro took the Raikages hand and placed the scroll in it.

"Promise me.....Promise me.....Promise me that you'll protect the village and villagers...promise me you'll protect the weak....promise me that you'll chase out the evil that lurks in the dark underbelly of the village.......promise me that no one else will have to suffer what my family and friends had to suffer.......Promise me that my loved ones where right to put their trust in the raikage....." said Katshiro weakly.

"In that scroll lies many secrets.......in that scroll....the story of those most imortant to me is written down........so please....when you read it don't forget the price my family and friends had to pay......please......even though I am a monster.....Aren't I part of the village too?" said Katshiro as he took off his mask to give the Raikage a smile.

"Forgive me Raikage-sama.......but I have to say.......You can be a real bitch sometimes....hahaha kidding!" chuckled Katshiro as he playfully punched Juri on the shoulder.

"Oh....and one more thing.....Tell Kaseki I'm not his best friends son.....Tell him...his friends daughter is a samurai that goes by the name of Natalia Murasame......I think she's in kirkgakure........anyway....looks like my times done.....I'm coming home mom...dad....Ayame Kyoya.....Risa-nii......" said Katshiro as he fell face down and died with a peacful look on his face.

In the scroll was Katshiro's history....... and a little note that contained all the dark and corrupt dealings some Kumagakure officials had made with bandits and criminals. At the end of the note it said Good Luck Neon Bitch! May you have a long and prosperous life as the Raikage.

"Tch... that's it?" Juri Han says softly to herself, watching the events occur. She expected a large scale battle, one that would probably injure her in someway, the most damage the woman has comes from the blisters from walking in the desert all day. It seems Juri thought too much of the Sunagakure shinobi and the Akatsuki, they were like lovers with small packages, un-fulfilling. From a distance a figure appears, slowly and surely she can make out a bear mask. Even though the woman wasn't a master class sensor, like her ANBU guard, she could sense Katshiro and an unfamiliar chakra source sneaking up behind her. "Lady Raikage..." Zing whispers, acknowledging the enemy. Juri nods with a smile, forming a fist and getting ready to strike.

"Get down you bitch!"

Her Jounin screams, pushing her aside and facing the would be attacker. He's first stabbed, then hit with shrapnel and rocks, with small pieces that pass him but are dodged by Juri completely. A solemn disbelief of the events changed Juri's face from calm, to worried and surprised. "What the fuck did you do that for, we had him!" She screams, rushing towards the man. Her voice cracked, almost as if filled with emotion. But... she's the Neon Bitch, the cold hearted ruler of Kumogakure, home of the goons. She doesn't have emotions, so why is she...

"You.....A Kage is supposed to protect the village and it's villagers right?.....A kage is supposed to protect......" He falls, Juri quickly catches and sets him on his back, instantly beginning to attempt healing his wounds. "You're gonna be fine, just stay with me." A purple healing Auru is formed, some wounds begin to heal, but major arteries were hit. He begins bleeding out faster than what the woman can heal, but that wasn't the biggest problem, he had given up. His body had cease to fight for his life, which meant no matter how healthy he was, this was it. Katshiro places Juri's hand on a scroll, it obviously was important.

Zan and Zing take of their mask to face their fellow Kumo shinobi, Juri is still furiously trying to heal him. Her bloodied hands constantly moving around his body, over each of the multiple wounds. A frantic look is stuck on her face, with her eyes so wide it almost appears as if tears were forming. She begins to breath faster, her heart rate moves at an alarming speed.

"In that scroll lies many secrets.......in that scroll....the story of those most imortant to me is written down........so please....when you read it don't forget the price my family and friends had to pay......please......even though I am a monster.....Aren't I part of the village too?"

The scroll was set aside in order to heal the man, but not forgotten. After a while Juri realizes its too late, she gets upset and slams her fist into the sand, but she's too weak to do any real damage. She tucks her face into the ground, a few inches from Katshiro's body, cursing all the while.

"Oh....and one more thing.....Tell Kaseki I'm not his best friends son.....Tell him...his friends daughter is a samurai that goes by the name of Natalia Murasame......I think she's in kirkgakure........anyway....looks like my times done.....I'm coming home mom...dad....Ayame Kyoya.....Risa-nii......" Juri looks up to face the man for one last time.

His pulse is gone. Juri shakes him for a few seconds to see if he's still around. He's dead. At first the expression on the woman's face is complete shock and disbelief, it then shifts to a crazed look, followed by her tilting back her head and laughing.

"AHAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAHAAA!!!!"

After a few seconds the facade breaks, along with Juri. Her face shows her true pain, and for the first time in a long time, Hope resurfaced. Tears start pouring down the woman's face, a loud scream roars through the desert, revealing her anguish of this situation. Juri had failed the people she swore to protect, the same people she committed her life too. The Neon Bitch was broken. Zan and Zing could only watch as the strongest ninja in the world, cried and howled into the desert sky like a coyote. She continued for a solid three minutes before Zan picked her up, while Zing picked up Katshiro's body and his scroll. Juri had failed.

OOC: Um just gonna chime in here... Kaseki did nothing to defeat the Kazekage and therefore this event is not over
Also, active jutsu need to be posted at the bottom of a post due to the combat rules. Furthermore, vague explanations of you own actions purely to seem poetic would put you at risk as you weren't clear as to what happened. You can't just lock the topic and pretend you won this. So I'm unlocking and it can continue. Void of Kids and Errors posts are in place

YOU DONT'T KNOW PAIN...

Jutsu: Chakra Threads (Upkeep), Foresight of The Puppet Master (Upkeep), Kuiyeoung (Passive)

Standing on the long silver sword Kaseki threw his gaze at the old man. The warm amber sand of the world was below him. A hundred meters in the sky, he and his bodies ascended. Looking at the elder of the village, his gaze focused on the pyramid before him.

Letting out a small sigh, hie pulled the strings of his voodoo army, setting a play for the world to see. His actors of the great noble demon and cannibalistic barbarian had ended their scene. It was a heartreanching tale of a hero pitted against an invader. Kaseki was not the hero by any means, and needed nothing to try and prove himself. To the world, he was just any other play write, that's how he wanted it.

"Shibuki." the puppet spoke, from the personality of Kodai that was locked away inside of his master.

Kaseki gave a small step on Nubibari as the being beside him twisted the blade to release the long strip of tags. From half a mile in the sky the long scroll revealed itself into a halo, fitting for its target below. The scroll was a sword short of a hundred meters as it cascaded to the village below.

"Heaven's folly." Said the creature with the personality of Kaseki. It was a game of cat and mouse and cloak and dagger. Between the two actors the stage was their play toy. They could be each other and none at all. They were just names to a thing that was not alive nor dead. They were living prose of a biologically impossible creation.

The eyes of the one with skin remained on the old man, while the eyes of the one made from Ironbark viewed the hands. And in all of it, the violet whirlpools on either side of the prop's head oversaw the world around him, or rather, them.

OOC: You didn't include the full jutsu only the name. Besides, the fight still is not over. Even if he missed the attack the fight would still be going. Unlocking and continuing this fight.

This post shows nothing but kodai/kaseki talking to the Akatsuki/kumo. It doesn't suggest anything like laying out your puppets from the Knights/Warriors.
Foresight of the puppet master, activated in the first post of the thread. Being who he was, he "unlocked" the "second personality" which is in her character app.


Now that's all and well, until you realize that Kaseki actually has 3 sets of shared vision.
You only have one set of eyes, and that's from the seventh puppet that is airborne right now. And you haven't gained an additional perception, you've switched over to that puppet's vision (sacrificing your own vision for another's). That's what your jutsu description points to and it's literally stated in an earlier post:
The seventh took to the skies,
A simple leap and his body was above the others.
Shutting off the vision of one,
He saw through another.
So later posts of you surveying everywhere around you is contradictory. The only direction your 7th puppet could be looking at is up at the shurikens, thus you have no way of seeing what's beneath you as you never stated reverting back to your original field of perception.

Because Foresight cannot leap to one puppet to another, but giving up Foresight on Frame Zero, Kaseki looked through the eyes of the human body. the next two posts he navigated with Kuiyeong's sight, rather than the eyes of the puppet. And even in that... NO ONE even reacted to Kaseki at that point, so even then, the cooldown would have reset. So Foresight is once again on the puppet.

If you leap towards the two puppets before you, then you're leaping towards the sand that's coming from in front of you. And I don't know how you're jumping to the roofs when you're carrying fifteen bodies with you, especially since you don't even have a Taijutsu spec.
Didn't jump to the roofs. Kaseki jumped on his puppets, who are both short in structure. Then he jumped on Nubiari as his puppet held the weapon. He moved the puppet, moving himself with the momentum.

Not sure what you're talking about. Kazekage only used the sand he was standing on once, and that's for the sand shurikens. Later on, he used the sand YOU were standing on for the pyramid .Furthermore, it is impossible for you to possess such reflexes to leap from the sand the second it starts to move. Realistically, the moment you even get your feet off the ground, the sand would pull you right back in place by the ankles, seeing as although they're at the same speed, my sand made the first move.
So literally what you're saying is both your posts happened at the same time, which is not only unreasonable, but essentially a double post, no? How could you react to movement right after the attack was made, considering Bukijutsu is perception, which Gengo has the high skill of ZERO to react to such things? And even on that, your sand moves at the same speed of the puppets. Period.

And I don't know how you're getting to the roofs when you're carrying fifteen bodies with you, especially since you don't even have a Taijutsu spec. I also don't see you stating attaching strings to your puppets or yourself to move at a particular speed.

Not sure what you're talking about. Kazekage only used the sand he was standing on once, and that's for the sand shurikens. Later on, he used the sand YOU were standing on for the pyramid .Furthermore, it is impossible for you to possess such reflexes to leap from the sand the second it starts to move. In retrospect, he did predict you moving and you moved in the direction of the prediction. So therefore you would still be caught. I wouldn't need to see someone move away from my fireball to know they will move away from my fireball, if that makes sense.

da nub is supposed to be second say so in this thread and it's apparent that Kaseki is still in the sand pyramid. Your reaction time(based on Bukijutsu) would not be great enough nor would your speed, to out move the Kazekage's sand, which you leaped into due to him predicting your movements. Jumped or not, the sand would grab ankles, etc etc. It's not much of an argument really, but the current situation to me seems like Kaseki(and puppets) are in Gengo's pyramid.
