Clan Name:
Clan Unique Features: Most members of the Raijū clan have golden eyes and light brown skin. Those born with white hair are seen as being blessed by the Gods themselves, and treated with high honor and respect. Most of the clan leaders had white hair, which helps maintain that the white haired members are superior. Most of the members have tattoos which show their ranks. Those with yellow lightning clouds are the lower ranking members, mostly the servants. Those with red lightning clouds are seen as middle class or regular clan members, these are the most average types of Raiju clan members seen. Those with black lightning clouds are mostly high ranking shinobi, as in Special Jounin and up, though this is only awarded to elite ninja, their families usually get either red lightning clouds or white. White lightning clouds are for the highest ranking family members, the leaders of the clan and the semi-rarest members (black being the most rare). Only the leader of the clan can use all the colors of the Lightning, anyone who uses the Lightning color outside their rank is instantly banished. Purple is a unique feature to only one member, known as the strongest Raiju clan member since the first.
Clan History: The Raiju clan is said to have descended from the same clan that harnessed the storm release, over 120 years ago, making this a relatively new clan. Since the clan is so new, they mostly make history everyday, but from what is known, one could infer this clan is dark. It's not known exactly when this class system began, (some dispute about 50-60 years ago) but what is known is that the higher ranking members are allowed to disgustingly abuse (verbally and physically) the lowest ranking members. It was said the first Raijin blood user had white hair, so from then on white hair was seen as a sign of the divine. The parents of a white haired child are instantly boosted a class, and while the child will be looked at with favor, the parents still might be looked down on. The clan chooses leaders based on skill, ninja rank and class, so just being the strongest ninja alive doesn't do much... unless you're Satoru. For the first time in 120 years Satoru was the first leader of the clan that came from the lowest class, he simply used brute force, defeating all challengers and threatening the elders who choose the leader. The clan is said to have a great relationship with the Uchiha clan, even going as far as to teach them some of their lightning based jutsu and techniques.

Kekkei Genkai:
KKG Name: Corrupted Raiton (Advanced Lightning Release) / Raijin's Blood
KKG Description: Corrupted Raiton is basically just a signature of regular element, only being used by Raiju Clan members. It makes no noise when created, but burns slightly hotter when it hits a target. The real KKG comes from the Raijins Blood, a rare gift only a 10 percent of the Raiju clan members can use.

Raijin's Blood:

A secondary feature of the KKG has more of a mythical feature, able to harness what is known as the Raijin's Blood. Only a small percentage of Raiju clan members have this secondary ability, only being passed down to white haired members of the clan. Raijin's Blood is able to turn the Thunder release's abilities inner rather than outer, boosting their own abilities. LIghtning type techniques are 1 Ranked higher when used by any member of the clan.

LV. 1 (Narukami)

Un-trained:

The beginning stage of the KKG. While in this form the user's golden eyes begin to glow and their hair begins to rise. They gain the ability to use D-Ranked an higher lightning techniques without hand seals.
(Genin must start at this level)

Trained:
The mastered stage of the first form. At this state the user understands their KKG and how to harness it a bit better, but still haven't mastered the form yet. They also are able to use all C-ranked and below Lightning Jutsu without the use of hand seals. They look pretty much the same as before, except this time black lines starting from their eyes run down their face and stops at their chin.
Unlocked with 500 words training.

LV. 2 (Kaminari)

Untrained:
The untrained stage of the second form. Now the user pretty much has the KKG under control, save for a few minor details. All Raiton jutsu up to B-rank can be preformed with no hand seals. Now the user's skin begins to emit a golden glow, their gold pupils turn pure white with gold outlines and begin to glow. The black line now becomes two lines.
Unlocked with 800 words training.

Mastered:
The final stage of the Raijin's Blood. Now the user has the form under control, making them appear as a God themselves. All A-ranked and below Lightning jutsu require no hand seals. Now the user's white hair grows about an inch and stands straight up, their skin is brighten up a bit and the are surrounded by a visible golden auru.
