- Spoiler:
Head: As you look at Relius' head, you will notice very dark blue hair that is fairly long in the back, with bangs on the side that reach down passed his chin, but the longest strands of his hair go down to his lower back. His hair is very dark blue, but shines a true blue in direct light. He has a small pointed beard at the tip of his chin, that points straight down, giving him a bit of a debonair but sinister look. He has pointed ears, almost like that of an elf. His eyes seem a little bit sunken, and appears to have a bit of eye shadow under the eyes instead of above and on the eye lids. His eyes are small, but on closer inspection, one would see that his irides are a very dark blue color, but they look black usually. He always has a wide and devilish smile, which accentuates his pointed teeth. He also has thin eyebrows that appear to be well groomed and taken care of.
Upper Body: You go down further, taking a look at the upper body of Relius, you would notice he has fairly slender shoulders that are defined however, but he seems like he is a fairly slender person for how tall he is. He doesn't have large muscles, but he has fairly well defined muscles, mostly on his biceps and shoulders compared to his chest. His pectoral muscles aren't as well defined, and simply look normal for the most part. His arms are fairly toned as well, and have no marks or scars to speak of, not even on his hands, which are usually covered in gloves. He also has fairly slender fingers, and manicured fingernails. He has chiseled abs that he enjoys showing off when appropriate, which is almost never.
Lower Body: As you get to Relius' lower body, you start to see more tone than on his arms. He does not have feminine hips, like one would assume when looking at his mostly slender form, and his legs are very toned and fit, and fairly large. You can tell that his legs have been worked on more than his arms, and that is because Relius is a performance artist. His legs and feet show signs of wear and tear, having scars and callouses on them from intense workouts and other things of that nature. It's apparent that the appearance of his upper half takes importance over his lower half. He has long legs, which makes him appear even taller than he actually is.
Clothing: Most of Relius' body is covered with elaborate and fancy, expensive looking clothing and accessories. Starting from his snow white top hat on his head, which appears larger than a normal top hat, is made of silk, and has a wine colored velvet brim. There seems to be a rope around the brim as well, made of a soft pink and light purple color entwined together. He has a white silk suit that appears to be some sort of almost clown suit that has the sharp triangular cut fringe. The under shirt he is wearing is a wine colored velvet material, which is also the material and color that coats the inside of his suit. The suit is a v neck, and in the empty space is a handkerchief that is pink with white polka dots. He wears light purple gloves made of dyed silk over his hands at all times.
Over the suit is a white silk cape with a royal purple inside made of an extremely soft material known as suede. This cape had a high collar that blocks the sides of Relius' face up to his ears. The cape flows down to the back of his calves, and the cape is secured to him over his chest using a strap and a golden clasp that looks like a bow tie. He has some puffy pants that resemble hakama, but made of the same luxurious silk material that his suit top is made from. The fluffy part of his pants go to about his mid thigh, where they abruptly end into white and royal purple striped leggings. The leggings get cut off at about the mid shin, where his wine colored boots start and go down and cover his feet. He has extremely unorthodox fashion sense, as he is an eccentric dresser. He is also seen walking around with a cane.
Nindo: Try your hardest, but have fun!
Personality Description:
Eccentric: The first thing anyone would notice about Relius, whether by simply looking at him, how he acts, and his mannerisms, he is a very eccentric person. He seems to try and blow everything out of proportion, and loves the grandiose. He will try to make a great entrance to any situation, and is very flashy in and out of combat. He likes to be the center of attention, even if it is bad attention, and tries to overdo everything about everything, which is relevant in his jutsu, attack, items, etc.
Entertainer: Relius is an entertainer at heart, and was taught great acting, dancing, and theater skills from his clan. He loves the art of Kabuki, and loves entertaining people. Because the Kabuki wear masks a lot, people don't even know it's him, as while he enjoys the spotlight and exposure, he doesn't need people to necessarily know it's him that has those skills, he just wants people to look at him. He loves having fun, and he takes Kabuki very seriously, and his act is flawless without question. It is truly an art form when he does something using his skills.
Joker: Relius loves messing with people, and this isn't necessarily in the form of pranks or practical jokes, he just likes to make peoples' lives harder, such as telling lower ranks to do something redundant or not useful just for them to struggle. He likes making deals and bets with people as well, and there is usually a trial or riddle involved when asking for his help. He also likes to test out new catch phrases on people.
Loyal: The loyalty of Relius knows no bounds, as he is constantly trying to make things better for the village, following orders from his higher ups without question and without fail. He has a perfect track record when it comes to anything related to the village, and he isn't really loyal to any particular person, but the village itself. If the village was attacked, let's say for an example, he would fight fiercely to defend it, but if it did happen to get taken over, he would want the village to thrive and live on still, so he would then be loyal to the new leader.
Maso-Sadism: The pleasures of inflicting and receiving pain are very joyous to Relius, as he likes to see the hardships of other people. Pain, anguish, despair, all these things are a great pleasure for Relius, but it is also the opposite, as he loves to see others experience joy, pleasure, happiness, as well as any emotion really. The thing he can't stand is those that show barely any emotion or none at all, and those that are a bit shy, he likes to pick on them more often.
Emotional: Relius' emotions are all in high gear, when he is sad, he is in the deepest throws of despair, but while he is happy, he always has a large grin on his face and is chuckling or laughing constantly. It is very very easy for Relius to snap out of emotions that aren't happiness, but that is because he has great control of his emotions because of his acting career and clan training. It seems like there's a long strange of hair on his head that dances to his emotions as well.
Death Tolerant: Relius doesn't really care too much about death or violence, as he could easily kill someone if he needed to. He prefers not really getting into combat, just because he could be reading manga, making food, or making some genin in the village go mop the lawns of the administration building. Any of those things would be more fun than fighting, although he will try to mess with his opponents before killing them as well, unless they are a legitimate threat, or a higher ranked person orders him to kill the person quickly.

History:
Birth Arc:Relius was born in a traveling troupe of entertainers, circus performs, etc, and so his parents closely resembled a gypsy and a kabuki dancer and his mother and father respectively. Showman and masters of their clan's trade, it wasn't officially recognized as a ninja clan from the hidden villages, unless of course those villages were deep seeded in the darker parts of the ninja world. His parents, while being very good workers in their trade, his mother being a fantastic fortune teller and jewel maker, his father being one of the best Kabuki theater performers ever, as well as being great on a tightrope and other things of that nature, they were fantastic assassins. Relius was a healthy baby, and was going to be a great clan member.
Childhood Arc: Whenever a child was born in the clan, they would settle near a village and set up performances there while their child learned how to be a ninja in the village. Usually they would offer their services to the kage in exchange for their child to learn at the ninja academy. His parents would train him from a very young age, asking him what he wanted to do as his skill. He loved juggling and knife throwing, so he got really good at those two things while also studying at the academy. The clan was so successful because they only trained the children in what they were interested in, and what they had fun doing. People who enjoy their craft are more likely to get great at it. Relius liked studying and made a large amount of friends during the academy training, so he didn't really want to leave the village.
Kabuki Training: During his childhood, when he wasn't studying to become a ninja, he was practicing his special craft of knife throwing, and practicing Kabuki. For this, he needed strong legs and stamina, so he trained those up quite a bit. He had the earth element within him, and he seemed to be like the earth element, strong and stable in his movements. So, he was taught to further this mentality when performing Kabuki. He learned how to make masks, as well as the clan's secret ninja techniques. These were guarded under lock and key, and the clan usually put up strong mental barriers for this information so that the villages that they went to didn't discover them.
Genin Life: After a few years of begging and Kabuki theater, Relius finally convinced his parents and the clan to allow him to become a ninja of Kumogakure, where he was put through the academy, and he couldn't be happier. He was fifteen at this point, and the village accepted him on a condition that he remained loyal to the village, and disclosed to the kage the clan's true abilities, other than the assassinations they were good at. There was a bit of an overpopulation of genin, so squads were four to a unit instead of the usual three, and one day there was a mission that he went on with his squad. In the squad was an Uzumaki clan member by the name of Sinna. This was the person that Relius became attached to, simply because the person was a bit of a downer and fairly bland, and Relius hated when people didn't show emotion.
So, when they were on a dangerous mission, most of his squad died, except for the Uzumaki, so that bound Relius and Sinna closer together as a whole. This started to shape Relius as this person that didn't really care as long as he was having fun and staying loyal to the village. This sort of tempered him towards death further down the road.
Chuunin Life: Sinna reached chuunin a year ahead of Relius, as it seemed the death of their squad and Relius' constant goading about him being bland and teasing really kicked sinna into gear, and he was a bit worried because Sinna was so young. Still, it was good to see the young man advancing, although Relius was just training and having fun, secretly getting stronger, and he passed the chuunin exam a year later. Relius enjoyed fighting with Sinna, because he was always an interesting fight, and he was so skillful, although Relius just liked to mess with him.
It seemed that Relius never took anything seriously, but that wasn't really true, as he was serious about having fun and cruising through life. During his chuunin years, people saw that while Relius was a bit of a laid back joker, on the battlefield he was more of a monster than anything. He focused so intently on the art of ninjutsu, that he had already far surpassed everyone else on chuunin level, even Sinna, although he didn't brag about it or anything. This was still overshadowed by Sinna's prodigal status in a lot of other areas, but Relius didn't really care, and was just happy for him. The Raikage took the young man sinna and made him into a jounin under his tutelage.
Relius made jounin a few years later through hard work.
Jounin Arc: Relius was already twenty years old when he made it to jounin, and by this time, it seemed that the Raikage had died and several things had happened in the village, as well as a coup de tat attempt, and in that, there was a new Raikage. Apparently there was also Sinna as the leader of the anbu black ops after a few more years, as he had seen his mother die, became emotionless, and some other things. Relius offered whatever support his could, and of course had to bug Sinna whenever possible because he disliked emotionless people, which Sinna sort of became. Relius continued for the next few years performing missions, which gave him quite a bit of reputation as someone that wasn't too great, although the current Raikage knew different.
It seemed like he was lazy and undetermined to complete the missions to those that observed, but he always completed all mission objectives with perfection and accuracy, so he got the Raikage's praise at least, although the others in the village usually just saw his bad points of being lazy, and a bit of a fool, and wondered why he even kept getting good missions in the first place. Relius was still puttering along at his own pace, although he was constantly training his ninjutsu abilities and his Kabuki.

Writing Sample: I'm Keita! Here's a post I did a few days ago as Keita
- Spoiler:
- Keita giggled at Kasumi's comment about how she was sweaty all the time, and Keita felt that she was hugging him extra long before letting him go and getting his chuunin vest. She seemed a bit shocked at it, as she just stared at it for a while, and it seemed she couldn't believe it. It didn't seem like she was happy for him either, and this was a bit puzzling to him, as he thought she would be proud of him. She said that she would have to play catch up as she ruffled his hair, after a while of just sitting there, and actually congratulated him on it, but he could tell that her tone wasn't the happiest. She then said something that sounded almost sarcastic, and said that his uncle, her father, would definitely be proud, and he would expect nothing less from his protege. The way she said protege seemed like she was angry, and almost making fun of him for it, and then it clicked.
She was mad that she didn't hit chuunin, and that she was angry with Keita for being uncle's favorite, or maybe she thought he was more important than her in her fathers' eyes. It was true that his uncle was usually nicer to him, but Keita had always thought that was because he was adopted, and he assumed that he treated his family a bit rougher due to the fact that they had a reputation to uphold. The Furue clan were essentially monsters, feared by most who have heard of or faced them because of their advanced element that could cause widespread destruction. The perfect harmonious relationship between the property manipulation and brutal force of the earth with the sky. Still, Keita was confused, but as usual, his mind worked furiously and as he looked at her and her posture and general body cues, he noticed that this was probably the case.
"Kasumi~chan... do you hate me? I didn't mean to make you sad, but I'm not uncle's protege. He's never taught me anything and we haven't trained, and he doesn't even treat me like a family member it seems.
I always feel, almost ostracized, like I'm some kid that the family is just babysitting until I'm old enough to leave. You have his blood, you come directly from him, there's no way he could love me more than you."
Keita had a tiny amount of water collecting in the corner of his eyes as he was recalling this, because people were always nice to Keita, but the people that knew about his secret, the Mushikoro, always seemed a bit fake when they were nice to him, and Keita always had that creeping suspicion that people didn't really like him, but he was always happy to make others happy, so he didn't really mind it. He took a small pause, before continuing on with his feelings, as he trusted Kasumi, although she seemed to resent him. Keita took off the top of his gi, revealing the large scar that covered his chest and back, and seemed like someone hit him directly in the chest with a lightning bolt. He had tried really hard to not show any one this, so he wasn't sure if Kasumi had seen it from when he was too young to remember, but Keita assumed it was the first time she was seeing this.
"Because of this, I sometimes don't even feel human, hehe. My real parents hated me so badly, that they couldn't even try to raise me, and gave me to the Kiseimu clan to be used as an experiment. There was an eighty percent chance that I would die in the procedure.... eighty. My parents decided to give up their child for money with a high chance of death.
At least your family didn't essentially condemn you to death, and they are actually proud to call you their daughter."
Keita was a bit angry now, which didn't suit him at all, simply because he was still a little ball of adorableness even when he had the pouting cheeks of anger. Keita put back on his top and then started collecting his books, because regardless of how the conversation went, Kasumi would probably want to be left alone.
