Description: Tatsu is around five foot 6 inches tall but is still growing thankfully. He is usually seen wearing long black plants and a pair of black ninja sandals, He wears a long white trench coat with a black vest with gold buttons. He wears a white dress shirt as well as a red string tie around his neck. Tatsu has a lean, muscular physique, which, over the course of time since the death of his father, has become marred with scars. He has medium-length black hair, usually slicked back with gel, with brown eyes. His chest is the most scarred place on his body so far due to him never backing down from a fight.
Tatsu has silver/gray eyes, and his skin is somewhat pale.He has enough color in his skin to be looking healthy at least. Tatsu tends to wear clothes that cover his front because he is self conscious about his scars because they run deep into his skin.
Nindo: Protect what he considers most precious to him even at the cost of his life.
Personality Description: Tatsu is a very kind and generous person. He is nice, caring, and well-mannered, and is always polite to people. Tatsu is kind and caring especially to children and the elderly. He is usually seen helping elderly people with their bags, or helping maintain there gardens and lawns when he is not on missions. Tatsu has a strong sense of loyalty and will do whatever he can to help out a friend in need even if it will cost of his life. Tatsu tends to be the most comfortable when he is listening to music or playing music.Tatsu like everyone else gets angry and upset though there are a few certain things that will really get under his skin. Such as disrespecting his father and family or hurting one of his friends. If a person should dare harm one of his friends he will do what they did to his friend and will not stop until justice has been given. Tatsu is usually calm and soft spoken person always know where his place should belong.
Tatsu can usually be seen wearing a smile on his face though it's just a mask to hide his pain that he has endured throughout his life. the only time that masked really comes off if he is with someone he trusts or is playing the piano or more importantly visiting his parents graves. Tatsu can be a bit of a prankster when there is time of peace. He knows how to have a good time just like everyone else. But when the situation calls for it or when someone dear to him is in trouble, he become uttermost serious. Tatsu can be very serious, and will instantly try to come to their aid. He is even willing to put down his life to protect his friends or his loved ones. Though Tatsu is also a bit arrogant at times and stubborn especially if it comes to combat.
Tatsu has a deep love of fighting and music stemming back to his early days with his father. Tatsu felt and was taught by his father that fighting one on one with your opponent is the best and only way to fight. He also feels holding back in a fight can be essential he can learn his opponents true strength while he conserves his own. His love of music however comes from the happy days he spent listening to his father play. Tatsu doesn't like to freely speak about others' pasts he feels that the person should tell the others at their own pace. But due to the use of the curse mark over the last two years although used sparingly Tatsu's kind personality is gradually changing to be more like a being that only wishes to kill. This transpires when he has gathered to much nature energy or is repeatdly hit by a enemy. Though he can sometimes suppress the urges enough there are sometimes when he cant control it and he will go berserk and attack anyone he sees unless he is stopped or if the nature energy is used up.

History: Nea was born on the evening of the 25th of December. His mother was a female ninja from Kirigakure, where as his father was a traveling musician named Mana Ōtsutsuki. He was known throughout the five great countries as a famous musician and swordsmen. Though his father had stopped traveling and decided to stay in the grass village when he met Tatsu's mother. It was love at first sight for Hiss parents. From the moment they met and laid eyes on each other they were almost inseparable. Tatsu's mother was in labor for over 12 agonizing hours.
Sadly Tatsu's mother passed away but she got to name him before she passed away. Tatsu came out screaming like a banshee like every baby does when they're first born. His father was still in shock at the loss of his wife that he failed to notice the new life before him. The nurses had finished cleaning up the new born baby Tatsu. The nurses handed the new born baby Tatsu to his father as they covered the body of his mother up. After a while Tatsu's father finally noticed his new born son in his arms. Tatsu's father cried tears of both joy and sadness at the loss of his wife's love and the birth of his very first son. though tragedy came later that very same day.Over the next few years Tatsu's father took care of him. His father still deeply missed his wife but he still had his son so in a way he still had a part of her still. Even as a baby Tatsu would always crawl towards his fathers sword collection. His father would always crack a big grin at that and scoop up the infant Tatsu just before he could touch any of the swords, His father would always say after he picked him up "you're gonna make a fine shinobi son."
When Tatsu turned 5 his father began training Tatsu on in the art of sword combat. Tatsu was a quick study while studying on learning to fight with a sword. His father started Tatsu off with a normal kendo stick for starters not wanting his son to get harmed by a swords blade. Tatsu took to the Kendo stick like a duck to water his father said. At the age of 8 he joined the ninja academy. Tatsu showed an aptitude for ninjutsu skills. Over the time at the academy he was mostly shunned by the other student because he looked different and acted different from everyone else. Tatsu mostly thought of music when he should be paying attention to his lessons. Then one day when Tatsu came home from school he found a tragic sight.
He was 10 years old when he found his father chained to a wall. he quickly unchained him but then suddenly his father grabbed him by the throat as the nature energy had overtaken him and gone into a berserk state. Throwing Tatsu through a wall his father then went on a rampage on the village killing civilians and ninja alike reveling in the bloodshed. Hours passed by as Tatsu remained unconscious buried in the wood and plaster of his home. The sounds of screaming filling the air stopping finally as he awoke. He was in the hospital and he was strapped down. It seems the villagers mistrusted him now. He was at the age when his bloodline surfaced.
Doctors came in explaining what had happened his father had been killed. which sent him into a catatonic state.Months after months passed as he remained trapped within his mind a prisoner in his own body. He could not rampage even if the nature energy surfaced the doctors kept him in a sedated state regardless.But finally he broke free from his mind and returned to the world after almost a year had passed. He went through a very trying and difficult rehabilitation regaining muscle control and motor functions. Tatsu was taken in by his Mothers's brother and for a while things were ok but Tatsu's uncle developed a serious drinking problem. One night after a serious evening of drinking his uncle became extremely violent to Tatsu blaming him for the death of his sister. He Even attempted to kill him by choking the life out of him. But Nea fought back and fought against his uncle, his uncle had pushed him into a berserk state for the first time willingly. The two clashed and caused quite an uproar so much so that Tatsu's neighbors heard the commotion and Soon a team of jounin arrived and subdued Tattsu and rendered him unconscious. After Tatsu had awoken he told what had happened and he was taken way from his uncles custody and would live alone from now on. Now at the age of 13 he graduated the academy and was off onto his adventure as a fully fledged ninja of kirigakure.
