CLAN NAME: Tōketsu
TRAITS: Members of this prestigious Kumogakure clan can easily be distinguished by the family crest that’s visible somewhere on their clothing or even tattoo'ed on their skin. The crest itself resembles, no, it’s one of a unique snowflake, the exact appearance of it can be found above. As for physical traits, for one reason or another, all members of the clan are born with either blue or green eyes and white hair or fairly light blonde hair. Yet the easiest way to identify a member of the clan is their Arctic Body, which is a fancy way of saying that their bodies are cold at all times. This freezing cold body temperature they all possess never changes. The individuals themselves do not notice the coldness of their body because they cannot feel cold. Yet without being next to one, one would not have known that these individuals are cold to the touch. When in hot climates, their breath is visible. Their freezing cold body is simply the product of their KKG. The clan is based in Kumogakure, there’s no exception.

LIMITS: Tōketsu Clan
DESCRIPTION: Members of this clan are rumored to be the ancestors of the Yuki, with their ability to wield ice/snow with the utmost of ease, but they are different then the Yuki clan. For one, the two clans have no relation to one another, though with how the Tōketsu primarily use their KKG to mimic Ice Release, it’s understandable why one would confuse a member of this clan for being Yuki. While the Yuki clan utilizes both Wind and Water natures to make their Ice, members of the Tōketsu clan use their KKG to freeze water in order to mimic what the Yuki clan does. With that being said, members of the Tōketsu clan KKG is called Freeze Release, a KKG that has garnered them the nickname ‘Children of Winter’ due to the various things that they can achieve by simply manipulating/generating/controlling the cold.
By utilizing a Jutsu, they can bring the temperature within their range down, or simply freeze water molecules in order to create attacks made of ice or snow. Though it’s primarily used for it’s intended purpose which is to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms in order to make things colder, the feeling ranging from subjective to absolute zero. They can remove the heat from objects by making it cold or absorb the cold from an object, thus making it warm. However one chooses to utilize the KKG, it should be noted that members of the clan can only inherit one basic element. And despite the fact that they have the ability to turn a given area temperature to absolute zero, it cannot be done unless the user is a Ninjutsu Master and it’s automatically classified as a forbidden technique due to the threat it poses to the user.
