Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Description: Performing the neccessary handseals, dray claps both hands together and stamps them to the ground as if calling forth a summon. This reaction causes the ground ten metres around him to freeze and three ice dragons to erupt from the ground at taijutsu adept speed to bind a target. One dragon from behind the target coiling up round the legs up to the neck, another dragon coiling upwards to the first hand and the last dragon to the other hand taking the shape of crucification. This jutsu is mostly used in preparation for the wrath of heaven technique.
Weakness: Taijutsu masters can evade the attack in time, for continous control of the technique, dray's hands must remain on the ground for the four posts the jutsu is active. Masters in buki can find a reasonable way to cut of the dragons with their weapons.

Description:
By placing his left hand on the wrist of his right hand and opening his right palm forward, he releases a form of liquidated ice from his palm that can solidificate on contact or nullify suiton of one rank higher and katon.
Weakness: The liquid ice can only be shot on a straight path. It can't have any curves.

Description:
After performing the required handseals, an ice dragon comes down from the clouds due to dray condensing enough water in the atmosphere though the dragon would still be attached to the clouds thereby it doesn't have a tail. The dragon can shoot scales from its skin at tai master speeds, it can coil up around dray to defend any jutsu lower than B-rank or C-rank weapons and lower and dray can also ride on it to facilitate his movement at taijutsu master speeds.
Weakness: If the dragon is disconnected from the clouds by any means, it would melt into water.

dray's eye preventing him from using them and allowing him to sense anything that disrupts the flow of air within the range of this jutsu.
weakness: After stopping this jutsu, the ice contact on his eyes would dissolve into cold water that would disrupt his vision for one post leaving him vulnerable to attacks.

Description: This technique allows dray to create a large, humanoid creature, three times the size of an
average man, composed of ice that can either be expelled from the user's mouth or formed from a nearby, pre-existing source of ice. The golem must be within twenty-five metres or less of dray or else it will dissipate and will always possesses an ample amount of brute strength. The golem is very durable, making it ideal whether it be serving as
additional support or simply as a mobile shield. It is twenty feet tall and two feet wide. The golem can mainly blow out ice bolts that chase down targets at taijutsu master speeds within 20m and can also be manipulated via the user's actions.
One S-ranked techniques is required to destroy the golem.
Weakness: To function, dray must be in contact with the golem. Most suitable, well seated on it's nose. Due to the golem's sturdy structure, it moves at taijutsu basic speed depending on strength rather than speed. The normal chakra for S-ranked techs for jounin is required and during it's dismiss, it shatters into ice and forms a mist about fifteen metres radiusfor one post disrupting the view of dray and his target.

Description:
Dray forms the needed handseal and closes his eyes thereby forming a cloud above a target after which spears of ice would fall 50m from the clouds at bukijutsu master speeds and surround the target and quickly converging at untraceble speed to form a dome of ice around the target but master in taijutsu would be able to see. After the dome has been successfully created, the inside of the dome begins to emit very cold temperature that would freeze a target after 3posts if he doesn't break out.
Weakness: Dray must close his eyes while performing the handseals only leaving him vulnerable. The domes can only form if the clouds are above the target so they have to be pinned down somehow.

how big is this mist? Is this "imist be in contact" psysical or what? Speed of those ice bolts? How far is the tracking range for them?

More handseals. How fast are these spears? I expect a master tai to be able to move out of the way easily as the spears fall from 50 meters from the sky.

Approved. That sensing is a sensory/nin tech, mainly sensory so you will pay sensory spec chakra and not your nin level's amount

Description: Performing the required hanseals, dray releases medium sized dragons not more than a metre wide from his five finger tips. This dragons have the ability to open there mouths and lash senbon shaped ice at their opponents causing two inches deep cuts and they can as well merge to form one slim dragon which dray can use as a staff to fight. The dragon can also be extracted and retracted within the four posts.
weakness: a maximum of five dragons can be formed. Since the dragons can be retracted, bringing them out again within the four posts cost 1 chakra each time they are brought back out.

Description: performing the tiger handseal, dray create a very small cube of ice, almost invisible to the eyes. During close ranged battle, dray can throw this ice cube towards the opponent as the cube itself has a homing device of about 20m radius. It then pierces through the opponent's skin not causing an opening or injury though highly perspective ninja would feel chills when it gets to the blood streams.. The cube finds it's way into the blood streams of the opponent and begins multiply freezing the blood little by little until all the blood in the body is freezed within four posts and the opponent dies as the heart would be freezed to. Due to the freezing ability, on the third post, if the ice cube is not stopped, the opponent will find it hard to move until they die.
weakness: if dray dies, the cube melts. Due to the concentration on the jutsu, on the third post, as the opponent finds it hard to move, dray's speed in one cs of his choice is also reduced two tiers..

1: Not Sure if Dual Element Techniques are Allowed but if they are approved. (Ask Ryan or Shin)

2: Make it so that they feel the impact of the cubes with the skin or they won't know what hit them before its to late to due anything.
