Rank: Defines power of jutsu as well as how much chakra it expends
Type: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Bukijutsu, KKG, etc.
Element: Katon, Raiton, Suiton, Etc
Canon or Custom: Canon come from series, custom you make yourself or are considered non-canon in series
Description: Thgis must be very detailed. Include things like durations, start ups, how many handsigns are required, jutsu speeds and ranges. Everything needing to be known about the jutsu will need to be here. Otherwise it will be undefined and your opponent will be able to manipulate it.
