Appearance:
Axel’s hair is short and dark red, various streaks of it coming down in groups all around his head, kind of like a bowl cut except too wild to be kept in such a form. His hair grows at an incredibly fast rate comparable to that of a girl’s, yet Axel likes to keep it short so he won’t be confused with a girl.
Axel’s eyes are light golden with black pupils. He likes this because light gold is a rare eye color, and he liked being different.
Axel’s lips compliment his hair, being a natural dark red, no makeup on whatsoever. It is for this reason that upon taking notice to the some people may be refer to him as girly, which he doesn’t like very much. Though he take pride in the fact that his lips are different than most people’s are.
Axel’s skin tone is light and his skin enough is very smooth, a little too smooth some would say. Rubbing your hand against his face you would think he used to be a girl or something, but you would be wrong of course. Also Axel covers a lot of scars that could be found on his torso with his many layers of clothing.
Axel’s body is much more fit than it seems, since he covers up and generally is seen to be skinny. Underneath his multiple layers of clothing however is a small but apparent six-pack as well as fairly-grown muscles. His legs are quite thin but their muscles are well enough for him to pack some good kicks. He works out daily to keep this athletic body maintained and well.
As far as other features go, Axel’s chin is very sharp and his ears are very small, as well as his nose. His forehead is average size.
Now, onto his choice of clothing. Axel usually dresses like a business man would to work. He wears a collared white shirt that is buttoned up to his upper chest, and a black suit over that, shirt and pants. He also usually has on a black belt, black dress socks and black dress shoes to compliment the outfit.
If he isn’t wearing that for whatever reasons, Axel wears a light green turtle neck with beige khaki pants and black converse shoes.
Personality:
Axel is your typical cocky and arrogant bully. A person who thinks down upon another just because he can and it is fun, nothing about jealously are growing up in a rough home or anything like that. In fact he hates when people act like they can figure out his life based on his actions, so much that he will fight anyone who tries to do that shit. It doesn’t matter how strong they are, he will promise to beat the shit out of them, and if he can’t do it the first time he will try again, sooner or later. He is not so fond of communicating with others when it has nothing to do with fighting, and he will show it in his voice. Of course sometimes he may talk to you just to bug you and whatnot, but that is only because he wants to lure someone into a fight. The only person he would never attempt to fight is the Hokage, and that is only because he is fond of the awards with each rank up, except for being Hokage that is, since it is so much work. He just wants to go around fighting people is all.
Axel never shows anger, but instead he is usually seen as being calm and collective. This is because fighting is a second nature to him, and it doesn’t require a specific personality to initiate. Though he doesn’t show anger he shows his other emotions well, like being happy when he wins a fight, being sad when he loses a fight, being shocked when the person he is fighting is stronger or weaker than expected, etc. Basically all of his emotions are centered around fighting, and he wouldn’t have it any other way to be honest.
When it comes to battle, Axel is usually wild, going all out with his power if he has it. Holding back isn’t his style, since he never wants a fight to be boring, so by picking up the pace in the beginning it may also force the opponent to bring out his fiercest powers if he is as strong as Axel. He doesn’t work well with a team and will almost never listen to another person.

History:
Axel Rover was born in a small village located in the Land of Fire to two loving parents named Alex Rover and Sylvia Rover. Both of them taught at an elementary school for children, and being around them so much made them just want to have one that they could teach his whole life instead of just for one year and about limited things such as math, science, history, etc. The plan was for this kid to be a scholar who would go on to do a job that would surely benefit everyone in the Land of Fire, but not a vile ninja who claims to protect people by killing others they thought. Anything but that. However, Axel ended up becoming the exact opposite.
It was very hard to keep him interested in his studies because all he wanted to do was go outside and play, and when he did Alex and Sylvia would get reports from parents around the neighborhood that he was beating up on the other children. It was true that he had a tendency to put his dukes up when he got into an argument with the other kids, but soon he grew fond of this potential he had. Beating up people had a better effect than teaching children it seemed. Every kid he beat had some kind of a forced respect for him, something that a classroom teacher took weeks to do with books and whatnot. Axel figured what was the point of doing something like that when he could grow up to be someone who achieved everything with raw power. It was the easier way since he was gifted for such a thing.
His parents were especially devastated when their child told them that he wanted to go to Konohagakure to be a ninja. This was when he was 9, just a few years older than when a kid usually signed up to be a ninja, so he wanted to go right away since he just found out about this, but his parents denied his request. Respecting them at his young age, Axel was ok with staying in his boring village and being the boss of the children, but after 2 more years he grew fed up with having to listen to them all of the time, and at the age of 11 he demanded that they let him go or he would run away and go anyway, giving them a choice since he still had a small thread of respect for the people who gave him life. Reluctantly they agreed and so he went into the academy of Konohagakure and graduated after just 3 years of studying.
