So basically this post to inform you guys of two things. The first is that ranks need to be updated every time you approve a character. Every single time. Its easy to lose track otherwise. please do this. Plz plz.
Secondly, we are introducing staff pay. However, you will not earn this pay just by sitting around doing nothing. The pay will be 500 Ryo a week and can be claimed only on Sundays. However, to claim this pay, you must moderate at least fuve topics. This means you have to grade five jutsu, approve five chars, help have creations approved, etc, five times. Generally we will trust mods on this, but if you are suspected, you may be stripped of Ryo should you try to cheat the system. If it is clear that you are only doing the staffing and stopping at five every wek just for pay, you will be replaced with someone who wants the job more than they want the money
