Passing on the Will of Fire... Figuratively and Literally! (Training) [Closed/Childish]

The Will of Fire was sacred to those of the land of fire and Daemon would make sure that everyone and Konoha knew of the great importance of belong to this nation. Especially the new ninja's of this generation and the next. Although Daemon was a rather new Hokage he intended to enforce these ideals of the residents of Konohagakure starting with his own students. The first of the three students chosen to inherit all the Will's of the nation was none other than the Uchiha Boy Grey.

Daemon would wait at the entrance of the training grounds not where his formal Hokage uniform. He himself wore his uniform from his days as an Jounin which would be most familiar for his student. Smiling aimlessly Daemon would reminisce on this good old days. But enought of that he would think as he remembered he had a job to do and he planned on sticking to it. Grey was possibly going to be the recipient of powerful fire style techniques in which he felt was right for a boy of the Uchiha.

"Now where could the goof ball possibly be," Daemon would say as he contemplated using his byakugan for searching for incoming chakra signatures. Fire Style was Daemon's first and only elemental affinity at the time so he took it's training seriously especially when most Hyuuga in his place possessed no talents in the arts of Ninjutsu whatsoever. The ability to learn Ninjutsu had been a blessing and certainly widen his area of expertise when training Genin. It was certainly time to let knowledge shine.

Grey and Shousha woke extra early in order to make way for the meeting with Grey's new instructor. Shousha looked across the table during breakfast and stared at his younger brother as the latter of the two enjoyed a bowl of hot cereal. The eyes of the older were fixed on the younger despite the fact that the boy was doing nothing speciall. Many thoughts ran through his head as he felt his own eyes drilling holes into the flesh of the boy, Grey would look up at his brother with a confused expression and ask him exactly what was up. "Are you alright Shou?" he would say with a soft voice. He was aware that gaining a new sensei meant that his brother was being replaced. However, he would still train with his brother as often as possible.

Shousha began to speak his mind with a soft tone. "It's nothing major. I hoped we would have more time together with me as your sensei is all. I really enjoy spening time with you Utsukushi. However, it is an honor to be trained by someone as powerful as the Hokage. You should consider yourself privelaged to be able to be under his wing. No doubt he can teach you much more than I ever could." Shousha remembered his history lessons as a child when his professors explained the significance of Hokage instructors. A few of the pupils had become Hokage themselves. Sandaime Hokage's students became the Sannin, three of the most powerful ninja of their generation. The students of Yondaime became balances between good and evil. There was no doubt in his mind that Grey would surely have some sort of relevance once his training with the Hokage was complete. Though, he had to admit that he was a bit worried about the strain that it may bring,

Grey looked at his older brother, this time not pissed that he had been called Utsukushi. "Shou... You're the best that I could ask for and I still want to train with you two. Besides, you've always been my sensei and always will. Now I'll just have two!" Grey said with a smile. The cheeks of the older brother instantly turned red. "Would you mind if I watched your progress then?" Asked Shousha. Grey thought it over and decided that as long as the Hokage was okay with it, he would be too.

So the two set out for the designated meeting place with the Hokage and made it there in little time. "Okay Utsukushi. This may be the second most important day of your life so be careful not to say anything to upset him." Grey looked up at his brother. "What's the most impor-" he cut himself off before continuing and whispered. "Oh... right." However he had no time to be sad and only kept pushing on to the Hokage. He could now see him in the distance at which he sped up, running before the Hokage, "Hello Daemon-sensei!"

Daemon offered a warm inviting smile to his new pupil, "Ah, Grey there you are." He would wait until his young student would reach a close distance before allowing his smile to fade before it quickly turn to that of an annoyed glare. Without any warning Daemon would lift his arm quickly attempt to whack Grey on his head, "Baka, introduce your brother."

The resemblance in their faces were uncanny as most Uchiha siblings were, making it easy to assume that the slightly older young mans was related to him. Amazing deduction talent seeing as how he had never met him before. Offering a reassuring wave for the younger lads older brother to come over Daemon offered a sincere smile this time as he addressed him,

 "Don't be shy come on over. I would think you being here means you want to oversea your brother's training. I would also assume it would be easier if he had a relative supporting him FOR THE DEADLY TRAINING OF FLAMING DEA... Delightful easy training session I have planned." Scaring people was something Daemon never did often but he was in a joking mood.

Now looking down to Grey wanting to address today's events he had to sure if this training was honestly what he wanted, "Now before we going on with the Death Training... I mean delightful are you sure you wanna continue because it won't be easy Utsukushi." Daemon knew that name would annoy his student but he needed to assess his current potential maybe he would lash out like he hoped.

 Maybe going after his brother would spark something, "Hmm." Although now wasn't the time to using that idea seeing as that would be slightly unorthodox Daemon now being the Hokage. Waiting for his student response before telling him the plans for today's training session Daemon would stretch. "Ok, Grey today I have planned for us to practice in the art of Ninjutsu specifically Fire Style. Do you by any chance know any techniques?"

Grey felt a slap on his head almost immediately after the man had introduced himself. He rubbed the back of his head softly as he felt the sting deep in his flesh. "This is Shousha, my older brother and primary sensei. Now he will train me at the same time as you. Hopefully it will pay off twice as much." He listened to the words of the Kage and his eye twitched as the man called him Ukutsuchi. Before he could speak up, he felt a slap on the back of his head, this time from Shousha. He looked at his brother though it appeared that the man had never moved in the process. "Ow..." He whimpered silently. Shousha immediately took one knee before the Hokage and looked at the ground while speaking. "It is an honor to meet you Hogake-sama." He seemed to have great respect for the man despite the fact that he had only just met him. Grey admired his older brother's loyalty to the village.

As the Hokage coninuted to speak, Grey couldn't help but to hear the word 'Death' pop up every now and then while he was explaining the training. His eyes widened a bit, but he didn't think about it too much. "I won't die here," he thought to himself as the man spoke. Eventually he asked if Grey knew anything within the Katon element. Grey would speak calmly and confidently to the Hokage. "I know how to focus my chakra into fire style yes, but I don't know any Katon specific jutsu yet. Just the abiltiy to focus my chakra into it. I worked on all of my physical conditioning before now." Shousha looked up at the Hokage and further explained. "I originally planned to teach him the Fireball Jutsu, as all Uchiha learn. However, when I heard he would be under your tutolige, I thought you may be able to show him better."

Daemon watched as Grey's older brother bowed out of respects for him being Hokage but Daemon was never a fan for the formal thing. Moving his arm quickly again to now in a attempt to slap Shousha, Daemon repeated the same annoyed glare, "Ahh none of that formal crap here hehe I would appreciate it if you just treat me like one of the guys." He would start to beat box from his mouth in a horrible attempt to seem cool. Now quiet embarrassed Daemon had hoped he didn't seem like a total idiot to the two.

Uchiha and Hyuuga had various past conflicts since the Fourth Great Ninja War ended but it was nice to have a moment like this with the two. "So Uchiha boys I think I would like this session off with a personal favorite fire release of mine. Nothing too difficult I would think but we will see. Maybe you've heard of it, it's something I picked up from the Sarutobi Clan, Burning Ash." After revealing the first thing in the agenda Daemon would toss a small piece of flint to Grey before continuing.

"Your gonna need that if you want to actually use the technique to it's full extent. I would suggest since your a beginner while I perform the technique for you to see you should practice breathing and exhaling. Most fire release techniques accumulate from the chest through the mouth so having the breathing techniques especially for higher ranked skills would be useful. Oh yeah and Shousha don't give up teaching him fire release starting from the bottom is best when learning new elemental affinities, seeing as how some techniques usually are more powerful version of beginning techniques.

Another thing that's helpful us having someone around to teach you about trail and error. I had to learn fire release all by myself so I understand the difficulties of not being able go get something down the first time. Grey, if at any moment you need to stop and let me know Bud... Alright enough talking lets get to the fun part!"

Having setting up the training field before arrival Daemon would look at a wooden log positioned at the center of the training field, "Well here goes nothing." Placing the piece of flint into his mouth before slowly forming the snake, rat, snake, and tiger seals to activate the jutsu. Daemon would begin to gather chakra into his chest and lungs slowly converting it into a thick searing ash inside his chest letting it build up to a perfect amount just enough to surround the wood log.

Now releasing the ash by forcefully exhaling Daemon would angle the ash to form a perfect solid dome around the log just enough so that the resulting explosion wouldn't cause any damage to those their or anything else around it. Still releasing the ash from his mouth he would nle position the flint from eariler to his teeth. Next he would clinch his teeth with the flint in it causing a spark to ignite the ash causing a rather small explosion around the wooden log setting it ablaze but converting the small group in a temporary haze of smoke, "Easy Pease Lemon Squeezey, right?"

It was true this saw Daemon favorite fire release jutsu seeing as how he had the ability to angle it to form a shape. Now turning back around to the Uchiha pair running his fingers through his hair (Hehehe) he would look at his student, "Think your ready to give this amazing explosive jutsu try, Bud?" He would smile sincerely and brightly.

Shousha and Grey stood a bit dumbfounded as the Hokage, the leader of the village, the man who was in charge of everything around him, the supposed God of the Hidden Leaf, the man who could single handedly take down the likes of even Bijuu, began to beatbox in front of him. The both stared, unsure of what to say whatsoever as something that rare had happened just before their eyes. Grey had no clue what to do, though he did see that his instuctor clearly had an informal tone about him. Shousha smiled and laughed as it happened and his eyes widened as he realized who he was laughing at and quickly stopped and looked at Grey nervously. An expression as if saying "help" could bee seen across his face. Grey chuckled to himself, but in his mind as to avoid confusion. He remembered times when he gave his older brother that same look, but as to avoid conflict with his grandpa. He remembered back to the time that Shou had finished up on their training together while their paranoid grandfather watched.

The man handed Grey a piece of flint and was to demonstrate a jutsu to him. Shousha leaned down and whispered to his younger brother. "Brother, use your power to learn this one. It will make it much easier, trust me." At that moment Grey was unsure what the elder of the two Uchiha was talking about. However, it clicked in his head with little time passed. "Sharingan." He said aloud as his eyes blinked and reopened pure red. There was one tomoe present in the pool of blood representing his eye. He watched as his Sensei used the flint in his teeth and memorized the hand seals to make the ash before making the spark. He smiled as he replayed the image in his mind over and over again, sure that he could manage it on his first try.

He put his own piece of flint into his mouth and made the exact same hand signs that his sensei had made. "Fire Style, Burning Ash!" He would shout at the ash spewed from his mouth. He used his teeth to ignite a spark from his mouth which erupted into a massive flame. The pure scare of the fire so close to his face made him rear back and inhale sharply. The flint moved in his mouth so quickly it went right down his throat. Sharp inhales could be heard as he choked on the flint with tears running down his face.

Learning Burning Ash

Daemon would stand back as the young pupil activated his rather immature Sharingan. While the heavy wind blew away the remaining haze of smoke from his demonstration, It certainly would seem as if the Sharingan would help with learning his techniques. Now watching for his first attempt Daemon found great happiness in the somewhat perfect execution until he noticed Grey held a small fear from the sudden stream of fear. This was something that while partaking in this career would need to be fixed.

"Grey, fight the fear control the flam..." Before he could get the words out he would succumb to the fear stumbling backwards as he managed to swallow and choke on the piece of flint Daemon gave him, "Oh, shi..." Within a blink of an eye Daemon would be behind Shousha and Grey thanks to his amazing speed. Striking his hand forward with an intense look Daemon aimed a karate chop at the back of Grey's neck hoping to dislodge the flint before if went to deep,

"Hey don't die on me here that whole Death thing was a joke hehe. No, in all seriousness you can't be afraid of the flames they're your friend. It acts as warm, light, and even protection for you... In return it needs you to act as it control system. If you are afraid of the flame then the flame will act wildly with no control. This could lead to endangering you squad mate, family, even me.

This is why I told you to practice your breathing before trying this technique. It not only helps to summon the fire but it also calms the user to allow them to access. the flames. Here watch this closely it should give you an understanding." Pausing for a moment Daemon would form the tiger symbol while closing his eyes. Entering a meditative state he would began to breathing inhaling from his mouth while exhaling from his nose.

After several more times of trying one could notice a embers being released from his nose upon every exhale similar to a Dragon, "Now... Is the perfect time to use the jutsu." Now forming the signs necessary for the Burning Ash Jutsu Daemon would release its force with his eyes still closed, "Feeling the warmth of the jutsu." Releasing the thick ash around the wooden log he would spark the flint with his teeth again opening his eyes, "Now... Embrace the flame...

 Feed it your will and make your own... Fire Release: Burning Ash!" The resulting explosion was grander then the other holding much more force and range, "See hehe... Easy just relax, breath, and embrace the flame. All will be fine especially when your firing S Rank techniques Grey."

As Grey was choking, he found it hard to stop himself from doing so. He fell to the ground clutching at his throat, but he failed. Finally, his sensei came up to him and gave him a good chop in the back of the neck, delodging the rock from his gullet. He looked up with a look of most appreciation as he choked out a few words. "Th-thank you Daemon-sensei." He would say while gasping for air. Shousha chuckled to himself as he did not expect the Hokage to be so quick to save the boy. Being a trainer of hard knocks, Shousha would have made him choke until he was near death and possibly unlock a new stage of sharingan, then ave him. Thought it was clear that the young Hokage prioritized his people over their power. It was good, for Shou could not return home f Grey had died. He would surely leave this place forever if something of that nature had happened.

Grey stood and did the jutsu a couple more times, this time with ease as he knew not to celebrate and choke on the flint. "Fire Styel: Burning Ash." he would say. It came out smoother and smoother eah time as now he was having no trouble with his breathing.

"Ok I think you have that Jutsu down. Lets move on now. Don't forget to put your flint away for later use," he would say as he put his own away using the preach only what you practice method which in a sense what all teachers should user for their students. Now pacing in a circle Daemon would think of the next technique to  teach his young disciple when it hit him, "Seeing you had a pretty tough time learning the Burning Ash jutsu I think we should stay a B ranks. At least until you master this next one Grey.

Now this time its important you aim this technique high in the sky or we might start widespread flash fire panic." It was amazing how Daemon easily gave his powers up to teach his students even more surprising how he was teaching a Genin techniques that should be learned by Chunnin. It was apparent that Daemon wanted to strengthen the next generation before his time was over.

Even though Daemon was still young he didn't see himself being Hokage for the rest of his life especially at the progress of the children of this generation. The first chance he would get he was going to step down because he truly didn't want this job but felt obligated because he at the time was the only one capable of taking it. "Ok, now Grey I'm gonna teach you another useful technique that's reaches multiple ranges.

Fire Release: Intelligent Hardwork. This is also a trickery technique to master and to me is much more power then Burning Ash." Jumping back from his current location away from the two Daemon would look up forming the hand signs just as slow as before for Grey to read but this time they were much different by being the Rat, Dog, and Tiger signs.

 Finding a rock on the ground Daemon would toss it into the Air as he quickly inhaled while just as quickly exhaling releasing a rather small fireball aiming at the rock. As the ball of fire touched the rock it would erupt with a fountain of flame covering the sky above them burning intensely like several clouds of fire. Daemon watched in amazement of the power of this jutsu especially since this was two ranks below what maximum power was in this profession. "Well that's was spicy hehe."

Another attempt at Daemon and his bad jokes was something his students had to get used too. Hey it would be easy seeing how he was teaching them high powered jutsu he had the power to be however he wanted. But this was no issue with the pair seeing as how they appeared to be comfortable with Daemon as a teaching, friend, and leader.

"Grey, you ready to give this one a try it shouldn't be hard it starts off as a small fire ball. You just have to condense a heavy amount of fire into it. Also make sure you throw the rock up and hit it or the attack will stay in its ball form until it lands and hits something and burn up the whole village."

 He would give him a look of concern seeing as how he did the first time resulting in him almost hurting himself. So it would be understandable if he was worried about the thousands on people in the village although he would just have to leave their lived in his hands... Maybe.

Taking a seat on the ground Daemon would wait for the fire show from his partner. Waving to Shosuha to sit next to him to give his little brother space it was time for Daemon to witness the true skills of the Uchiha at such a young age. The power doesn't make the man the man makes the power in every situation, "Show me what you made of Utsukushi Uchiha, make your family proud."

He watched very carefully as the Hokage demonstrated the jutsu, playing it back in his mind and utilizing his sharingan while he did so. He would be sure not to mess this one up and embarrass himself in front of the most important man in the village. To do so would be a shame considering he would likely see him quite a few times in his day, as he was of course the new teacher.

If he said he didn't flinch when he heard the Kage call him by his real name again, well he would be lying. He hated being called by his name, though he was grateful for being taught techniques like these. It would probably take him much longer to learn things like this if it wasn't for his brilliant teacher. Thankfully he was being started on the lower techs such as the fire ones of only B rank. If he moved to something say of S rank, well that would be a bit of biting off of more than he could chew, and he would likely destroy a good part of the area around him. So, starting small was a good way to go. Shousha watched from a distance and wondered if the Hokage knew that the boy did not even know how to produce a basic fireball. However, intelligence hard work was one much smaller, though it had to be used more tactfully.

He placed the small piece of rock that was in his mouth in his pocket instead. In his mind, the images repeated over and over till he knew that he had it right. "Fire Style: Intelligence Hard Work." He would say while quickly spitting out an average sized fireball. It did not move too fast so he had time to pick up a rock from the ground and throw it at it, causing it to break into three smaller fireballs that hit the ground with separations of flames. From the sidelines next to the Hokage, Shousha smiled.
