Every character is allowed a set number of ninja weapons as well as tools. This number depends solely on your Bukijutsu skill. Upon leveling your Bukijutsu skill up, you will receive a few free weapons and items. No catch. Note, no character can wield weapons or armor higher than their own rank, excluding legendary items (event items)
Primary weapons are weapons used more heavily for combat. These are generally larger and less expendable. This would include swords, hammers, fans and anything that one would use more often than not. These take one slot. Secondary weapons are those that are easily expendable and replaced. These include shuriken, paper bombs, kunai and anything that one expends. This can also include pills. These take 1/10th of a slot. Armor is any piece that covers the user protecting them from enemies. Each of these take one slot. Each piece of Armor can either cover the head, torso, upper arms, lower arms and hands, or legs and feet. No article of armor may cover more than one of these, however suits of armor can be made.
The following shows how many weapons and armor spots each ninja can possess at a time, based on their Bukijutsu skill.
Basic: Cannot use primary weapons. Can use 1 slot of secondary weapons. Cannot use armor.
Novice: Can carry one primary weapon. Can use 1 secondary slot. Can use one piece of armor.
Intermediate: Can carry one primary weapon. Can use 2 secondary slots. Can use two pieces of armor
Adept: Can carry two primary weapons. Can use 3 secondary slots. Can use two pieces of armor
Master: Can carry three primary weapons. Can use 4 secondary slots. Can use four pieces of armor
Specialist: Can carry four primary weapons. Can use 4 secondary slots. Can use five pieces of armor
The following shows how many puppets, and mod spots each ninja can possess at a time, based on their Kugujutsu skill.
Basic: Cannot use puppets. Can only make puppets without modificatons
Novice: Can use one puppet. Can have one modification maximum
Intermediate: Can use two puppets. Can have three modifications on each puppet maximum
Adept: Can use three puppets. Can have four modifications on each puppet maximum
Master: Can use five puppets. Can have five modifications on each puppet maximum
Specialist: No limit on modless puppets controlled. Can only use seven modified puppets maximum. Each modified puppet can only have seven mods maximum.
E Rank : No abilities
D Rank: No abilities. Armor can stop D rank non-elemental projectiles.
C Rank: Can have 1 ability. Armor can stop C rank non-elemental projectiles
B Rank: Can have 1 ability. Armor can stop C rank non-elemental projectiles
A Rank: Can have 2 abilities. Armor can stop B rank non-elemental projectiles
S Rank: Can have 3 abilities. Armor can stop A rank non-elemental projectiles
Note: Weapons and Armor can only have abilities equal to that of their own rank. B rank abilities cannot have A rank abilities, however they can have B rank or lower abilities. Abilities will be graded just like jutsu by staff.
