Description: Akimoto would form the Snake Handseal afterwhich flowers would grow from the ground on just about any surface. These flowers are light pink in color and have very small holes all over them. The flowers themselves are harmless, and have great roots which grow deep into the ground. These roots grow so deep into the ground that they actually reach into the water which is laying underneath. This isn't to feed them actually, it is used to suck up the water slowly but surely. The roots will draw the water towards the small unnoticeable holes located all over each of these flowers and then spray them into the air. The amount of flowers doing this results in a thick mist being created in the air, covering the whole 30meter radius. This process happens extremely fast, with the mist being created a mere second after the snake handseal was formed. As the water flows through these flowers which are created from Akimoto's chakra, they become infused with his chakra. This does nothing itself, except that it makes it impossible to sense Akimoto or anything else which has his chakra signature within this mist, because the whole area is filled with his chakra signature. When using the sharingan or byakugan's ability to see chakra and chakra color, it's still impossible to locate Akimoto due to the mist having the same chakra color ect as Akimoto's, though other chakra signatures can be seen which are not Akimoto's as their chakra is not the same as the mist's chakra signature.
Weakness: The flowers can be destroyed pretty easily by any D rank + Fire techniques. No flowers = no mist.
