Rank Information

This is where you can find out the perks, and starting equipment for each rank. This is only to those starting at these ranks. You do not recieve the bonuses upon promotion, however you many receive the Chunin, or Jonin vests. You can start at any rank, as long as the position is open, or staff allows it. (Please contact an administrator if you have any questions.

Genin:  
- 1000 Ryo
- One Elemental Release
- No CS Trained
- Village Headband

Chunin:
- 2500 Ryo
- One Elemental Release
- Start with 1 Adept trained.
- Chunin vest
- Village Headband

Special Jounin:
- 3500 Ryo
- One Elemental Release
- Start with one adept and one intermediate trained.
- Jounin vest
- Village Headband

Jounin/Anbu:
- 5000 Ryo
- Two Elemental Releases
-  Start with one mastery and one adept trained
- Jounin vest
- Village Headband

Kage:
- 8000 Ryo
- Two Elemental Releases
- Start with one mastery and two adept trained
- Kage Hat
- Kage Robes
- Jounin vest
- Village Headband

Item Information:
Chunin Vest: Capable of protecting against E-Rank projectiles (Non-Elemental)
Jounin Vest: Capable of protecting against D-Rank projectiles (Non-Elemental)
Village Headband: Capable of protecting against C-Rank projectiles (Non-Elemental)
Kage Attire: Provides no perks, but can be worn over almost everything.

*No Ryo gained from these starting bonuses can be used to buy limited techs.*
**Ninja starting without a clan with KKG or Hiden will gain an additional 2k Ryo. **
***Ninja starting without an element will receive another 1k Ryo. One person can get both perks.***

Here on Shinobi Gaiden you can rank up through doing missions. There is a set number of missions each rank has to do in order to rank up, once this number is met you may rank up. By completing missions with other players, you can take on harder and more difficult missions. A Genin can take on D-Rank missions, and two Genin can take on a C-Rank, and so on. Your power is in numbers!

The rewards for each ranked job is based on EXP. The chart is as follows:
D - 10 EXP
C - 15 EXP
B - 25 EXP
A - 50 EXP
S - 100 EXP

To rank up, you must make sure you have the required EXP. The chart is as follows. (Note, this are the REQUIREMENTS. Meeting them does not guarantee a rank up. Only by attending an exam, or a Kage promoting you, can you rank up.) [Exam will be decided by your Kage or Staff]

Genin : 100 EXP
Chunin : 250 EXP
Special Jounin : 500 EXP
Jounin : 1000 EXP
S ranked shinobi : Title + Jonin Ranked

What you mean by compressing the tules?

We have like 4 posts that split up what each rank gets. I've already seen a few people get confused on this...

But yeah, having all the info on ranks on one thread would be nice (Like the Mission Count, Starting Ryo, elements...)

If not, then just Archive this. It was more of a use thing for me.

I mean yeah, it helps, but to do this, Everyone needs to agree on the mission statements of EXP. Or we keep it the same... I mean, I could move that discussion here and we can talk about that here, but that's up to the people who will be grading this for the most part.

If everyone agreed on this, then they dont get ryo for missions. Instead, they get exp? That's not fair.
What would happen to people that do missions for ryo, like S ranked nins that dont need to rank up? If this isn't considered, then ryo for rping should be drastically increased.
