General Information:
Clan Name: Totsuzen Ame (Or Simple Just Ame)
Clan Unique Features: Anyone in this clan well be seen with a blade that has a figurine of a swallow bird on its hilt or engravings of a swallow anywhere on the blade. Green hair and eyes also are dominate in this clan but it is not unlikely that one will be born with another color hair.
Clan History:
The Ame clan was founded by Yamamoto Ame shortly after fourth great ninja war. The young vibrant man loved to dabble in swordplay and eventually invented the tranquility factor which would essential to learning the Shigure Soen Ryu sword style. Originally the sword style started with two flawless techniques one defense form and one offensive.
Of course two techniques was nothing of great importance but it was until after Yamamoto had two twin boys Kaijin and Landjin inherit his sword style. These two children in assistance with their father went on to create 11 more swords techniques. Upon Yamamoto's death the two twins would seperate wanting to start their roots in a different places. Kaijin stayed in Kirigakure while Landjin choose to settle in Konohagakure.
Both the boys now clan leaders of the respective branch of their clan went on to have children who created their own variants to the Shigure Soen Ryu but no matter what all their offspring were taught some if not all the original thirteen techniques. Seven of the techniques are offensive with the remaining six are defensive. Oddly enough one of the defensive techniques over the years have stopped being tought so no one knows exactly it is.
Some people of this clan have been known to incorporate ice release into the techniques for flash freezing the water upon contact. Both of the branchs of the clans have deep ties in the development of their respective villages both providing sword and ninjutsu for the military force since this clan is based on Kenjutsu.
The clans symbol consist of a blue swallow native only to Kirigakure they are able to withstand tough temperatures and are extremely small and agile able to maneuver through almost everything they are even the pets of the clan and only two reside in Konohagakure which are in the hands of the clan leader.

KKG Description:
This Kekkai Genkai has the ability to give water release jutsu something the Ame Clan likes to call the tranquility factor. It serves to decrease the speed of anything it comes into contact with either directly or no directly. This includes everything from people to jutsu and projectiles seemingly making hostility things... Docile. The tranquility factor is most effective when used with Shigure Soen Ryu Techniques but works with normal water release as well. Shigure Soen Ryu techniques must be used through blade. Being so Everyone in the Ame Clan receives a one rank up in Bukijutsu. In addition to use these jutsu one must posses the one hand sign perk...
For normal water release jutsu the tranquility effect activates after the second post of exposure to the water source decreasing the targets taijutsu speed rank by one for three posts. In Shigure Soen Ryu techniques the ability activates on the targets next post after being hit and lasts three posts.(Only For Alive Targets.) For Jutsu, Weapons, and Puppets the tranquilty effect activates the same post lowering the speed to one less that the targets rank. You also need at least a Adept in ninjutsu to use the tranquility factor.
