Drunken brawl

"And now we do the work of the town guard..." Hayden said with a sigh as they made there way through the financial district of the town. They were headed to a bar called The Bard's Tale. Apparently a group of ruffians had started frequenting the bar,ruining the bar's otherwise stellar reputation. The owner wants them gone but it's a civil matter.

As he walked up on the bar he heard a smashing noise and the groans of injured people. "Lively place.." Hayden said as he walked through the door. Several people were on the floor knocked out and three were sitting at the bar, no bar keep in sight. "Not very sporting is it? Beating up on drunks.." He said as he stared at the backs of the men's heads. They did not turn nor did they exchange looks, they just faced forwards.

"No really, i mean it's hardly fair at all, especially when you there are four of you." Hayden said as he reached up and grabbed the man hiding in the rafters by the ankle and slammed him into the ground. The others turned quickly now broken bottle and knives in hand.

"Hardly seems fair you not having weapon and all.." Hayden said as he raised his right arm and rushed the men. They had been drinking and the fight was over in mere minutes. Taking some rope he found in a storage closet, Hayden tied up the men. "Guards will be here soon and you'll be spending some time in jail. Hope you frequent a different bar after this.." He said as he turned and walked out the door.

"Why do people waste away their lives like that, only hurting others?" Hayden asked Tenno as they walked down the alley and back out to the main road which lead to the Hokages office. They were going to report their success, again. It seemed he had been quite busy here in Konohagakure and had almost forgotten his mission. To grow stronger, that the akatsuki may have a greater chance to accomplish it's goals.

"For some life has no meaning, it's simply something else to conquer." Tenno replied, hoping this would be a satiable answer. He was unsure in the ways of people's emotional struggles for he did not feel emotions in the same way. He simply felt them as echos from Hayden.

"hunh, i guess that makes sense.." Hayden said dejectedly as they continued their slow march back. He wasn't quite satisfied with the answer but it would do for now till he could find a better one. He wanted to know what caused people to want to hurt each other; what gave them such a disregard for human life.

They continued on down the path, passing buy several shops and stores. The people here knew him and smiled and waved at him. They knew of the work he had done here in Konoha and how he handled things. They thought of him not as the freak with the arm, but as a protector... this made Hayden feel better about their chances.
