Description: This skill allow the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this techinque's most useful features is its ability to allow users detect anything that steps on it. When placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see and unnoticed by the quick eye.
Weakness: It must be connected to the tips of the user's finger when used making him not to be able to use his involved hand durinq usage. It electric ability only shock targets without any damage(the shock can unbalance target i.e when performing seals, it can cause the target to loss focus and stop) depending on the opponent's taijutsu ability.
