*Most jutsu on the above list can only be purchased by X number of people. However, once purchased, you may train that jutsu to others with the given training amount. This means there could be more people who possess the jutsu than those who have purchased it. However, you may only teach the jutsu to another person if you bought the tech yourself. The person you are training will also need to meet the requirements given. One does not simply learn Rinnegan. Also, to train someone, you both must reach a certain WC. This WC will be decided by how expensive the Jutsu itself was. For every 1k Ryo the jutsu costs, you will need to write 500 words in efforts to training it. So if it costs 10k, you will need to write 5000 words.
