The following are a list of things a character must have achieved before they are allowed to abandon their village.
- Must have been in the village for at least 3 threads
- Kage or Former Kage cannot abandon until at least one month has passed
- S rank ninja must have staff approval (majority vote)
- Must be at least B rank
Certain characters will be allowed to start as a missing ninja, but these characters will need approval from an admin in order to do so. They must start at B rank or higher.
The following are a list of consequences for abandoning.
- At any given time, should the Kage gain IC knowledge of your location, a task force can be sent after you
- You must create your own missions
- You cannot be CAUGHT in a village without permissions. You will be attacked by said Kage or a task force, should they find need to attack you.
