Description:
Itome is a dark skinned man with hazel eyes that often remind other people of coconuts. Itome also has fat dreadlocks that extend to his shoulders. Itome also has big fat pink lips. He has a strange havit of licking his lips, and makes sure he is walking properly so he doesn't cause any damage to his spine. Often, he walks with his hands in his pockets and a lollipop in his mouth.

When he is on missions that don't require espionage, he is usually seen in a simple outfit. His Jounin vest, with a black undershirt, black sandals, and his headband on his forehead. Missions that DO include espionage, however, he wears the right stuff for the occasion.

Inside the village, he prefers to wear things that are much more casual and make him stand out less. On his head, he wears a do-rag, usually red. Along with this, he wears a matching shirt, usually one that has straps instead of one that fully covers his shoulders. For pants, he has a closet full of them! Although when he's feeling lazy and doesn't particularly care for what he's wearing, he usually slaps on a some khaki pants.

When he obtains Sharingan, he plans on getting some contacts that conceal the fact his Sharingan is on. And unlike many other Uchiha, he does not wear his clan symbol, as he doesn't need thousands of shinobi after him for his eye.

Personality Description: Itome manages to form a shell of pure stupidity around him, usually no matter where he is. On the battlefield, at home, or on the streets, most see him as a babbling buffoon, nothing more then an insignificant ant that somehow managed to live long enough to become Jounin. Often, he says things that are downright stupid and make you want to slap him. Another thing that makes him a bit annoying to be around him is his tendency to laugh at random intervals, sometimes a small chuckle, and sometimes full blown laughter.

Itome likes making fun of people and riling them up. It has often been a great help in assessing the worth of someone, and it even has its uses in battle. He has fought many opponents who have done the wrong handseals for a jutsu because of his taunting and shrill, high pitched voice. Even though he doesn't care to admit it, he even gets a little aroused when he causes someone to get angry.

Under all of this though, he is a much more cunning individual. After all, a person with only those traits wouldn't be worthy of the title Jounin. He plans all of this..from how much taunting he does in a single minute, to how loud his outbursts will be. Itome uses his little traits to make everyone sorely underestimate him. Everything he does, even when he sneezes, he plans it accordingly. He does nothing significant without planning extensively. The one who rushes into battle is the one who dies.

He can also be an extremely manipulative bastard, even while under his disguise of stupidity. Itome knows just the right way to prod someone in the right direction, his skills of manipulation being far above most ninja. Being a ninja, he obviously has no qualms about using his manipulative nature, even when he's not on a mission.

He is also extremely arrogant of his abilities, having no fear when he goes into battle. Itome knows that he posseses what is possibly the strongest Kekkai Genkai in all of existence. He's smart enough not to flash his clan symbol everywhere, but he isn't above boasting about how perfect the Sharingan is, and how better he is than you.

Finally, he loves the thrill of battle. It fuels him, it gives him life! He's even described himself as slowly dying when he isn't in a fight, and is an incredibly strong tactician. To him, it doesn't matter who he fights or kills. It could be a baby, or a child. Itome has zero restrictions when fighting, except not trying to kill his allies. If you aren't with him, then you're against him.

Background:
History: Itome is an Uchiha born in Kumogakure, to Chikara Uchiha and Jushiro "Juicy" Uchiha. Growing up, his life was pretty decent. Being Uchihas, they were considered one of the most powerful clans in the village, an were given an extravagant clan compound from which Itome was raised in. He had no choice in whether or not he wanted to be a shinobi, but despite this he had no problems with this. Ever since he was three, he had decided what he wanted to be when he grew up. Seeing two shinobi spar, watching them perform highly advanced jutsu..it interested Itome and piqued his curiosity.

At the age of five, he entered the academy. His time here was pretty average, and nothing spectacular. Itome usually hanged out with the other Uchiha, and like all of them, passed his classes with flying colors. Unknown to most people, he did have a slight problem with bullying. Despite being practically prodigies, the Uchiha always looked down on Itome, deciding that he was scum for interacting with other people who weren't apart of the clan. He wasn't too bothered by this, being a far too happy kid to be brought down by this. Plus, he was determined to make friends with others so he wouldn't act a snob like other Uchiha.

At the age of ten, he graduated from the school and was officially apart of Kumogakure's army of shinobi. He was placed in a squad with two other Genin, Yukio Uzumaki and Shigure Senju. The sensei was Akimei Aburame. The squad was close and formed an incredible bond together, going on many missions. In just a year, his sensei felt like the team was ready for the Chuunin Exams.

The Chuunin Exams were a hell that he never wished to bring upon another person. The exams location was in Konohagakure, otherwise known as the village hidden in the leaves. The first part of the exam went well. All he had to do was pass a test that showed how much knowledge he had. The catch was, all of his team had to pass. Luckily for him, they all passed. It wasn't until the second exams that things started to get crazy..and it permanently scarred Itome for the rest of his life.

The of the goal second exams seemed pretty simple. All they would have to do is get to the top of the mountain, making sure they managed to fight the beasts that lurked, and avoided getting frozen to death. The first eight teams to get to the top would be allowed to the next part, however..they couldn't guarantee your life. Anyone at the top could also be attacked, as the proctors didn't instantly arrive.

But worries spread through the remaining Genin. Rumors of a sadistic Genin who killed without a second thought was the case of these worries. To make it even worse, no one knew who it actually was, as around three hundred Genin joined this exam. The Jounin were worried for their students, but could do nothing. Technically, killing wasn't against the rules.

Fate seemed to have it out for Itome and his squad. They fought through hordes of monsters, choosing to avoid other teams in fear of the serial killer that everyone was talking about. When they slept, they took turns guarding each other in case the serial killer attacked while they were sleeping. Squad Nine seemed to have avoided the serial killer completely and were the first team to make it up top. Now all they had to do was wait for the extraction to the next part of the exams.

But, fate never went easy on Itome. A few minutes after they climbed the mountain, a single boy appeared, blood all over his body. Immediately, Squad Nine knew who this was. The boy was enraged that he was in second place, noted that he shouldn't have gone through the trouble of killing his siblings and all those other people. Before anyone had a chance to react, Yukio's arm was gone, severed by a high pressure wave of water. The boy formed no handseals..it was as if he manipulated the water freely. But, they wasted no time to think about that. Even with Yukio out of comission, they felt that they still had a chance to win. After all, Shigure possessed the Doton element, which beat Suiton.

Perhaps it was because of Shigure that they won, but all three combatants were exhausted. With barely any chakra left, Itome crawled over to the serial killer, kunai in hand, and prepared to plunge it into his heart. But, a second before he finished the job, he heard Shigure's weak, tired voice. When she was speaking, he simply couldn't believe what he was hearing. She was actually thinking that maybe we let him live and let him see the errors of his ways. Itome wasn't having any of that, and stuck the Kunai in his heart, twisting it to make sure he was dead.

As the cruel Genin's life passed, Itome smiled. He avenged many Genin, and was afraid of the fact that one of his other friends might be dead...he wanted to stay up, just so he could protect his teammates in case any more crazy Genin came. But, tired, he lost consciousness. Then, the proctors came. It was time to get ready for the third part of the exams.

Many concerns about Yukio came about. Shigure and Itome were fed chakra and blood pills to get them back to full strength, but Yukio's career as a ninja was over. Angry, he fled the Chuunin Exams. To this day, he hasn't been seen since and many believe him to be dead. Shigure and Itome didn't have the best relationship, as Shigure felt like Itome betrayed her. All of this was starting to get to his mind, but he couldn't let it affect him, at least not until the exams were over.

The third part was a simple one on one fighting test that would tell the proctors just how strong these Shinobi were. This was perhaps the least eventful of all the tests. Both Shigure and Itome fought in the grand finals, and Itome won. But, they were both awarded the rank of Chuunin for the tactics they employed during the matches.

His father, hearing the ridicule his son was getting even though he was a strong young man decided to take him on a journey to make him even stronger. They left the village for a few months to undergo not only physical training, but mental and spiritual training. Many Uchiha were surprised and a little angered at this. Why was an Uchiha who had no Sharingan being given so much attention?

During this time, he also heard rumors of an Uzumaki that had been causing some trouble. But, he paid little attention to this. He returned to the village, a new and stronger man, able to beat Uchiha even without his Sharingan.

Shigure and Itome parted ways. Shigure was usually seen around her sensei, while Itome was always around the Uchiha. During this time as a Chuunin, Itome slowly began working his way to a master of spying and disguise. He was also looked down upon by his clan members because he still hadn't achieved the Sharingan. Itome was getting a little too good at his disguises, and became so paranoid about people knowing his skills that he took on this field of stupidity. Obviously, the Raikage knew Itome wasn't an idiot and promoted him to Special Jounin because of his skills in espionage. Because of his hard work as a Special Jounin, he was soon promoted to Jounin.
