Description: A young adolescent with high aspirations to be among Kumogakure's finest. He can be pointed out by his golden blond hair and light skin. He often seems cheery and light hearted, when he's really secretly analyzing everything. He admires from afar, keeping notes and tabs on everyone and everything. He is silent, and likes to wear a mask to hide his own emotions from the world.

Personality Description: A soldier of the shadows. He has become a recluse and a hermit by cutting off any and all connections to the outside world. He talks little so he can listen. He watches those that cannot watch themselves. He is the all seeing eye, living in places long abandoned. He is silent in his movements and makes sure not to disturb. Sei is a person of nobility and honor. He feels strongly to protect the world, yet he picks no side. By this, he is a truly neutral warrior. He has been known to be passionate in war, and takes fights seriously. He believes every little movement can change the world. He is meticulous by doing so, and often is seen as a perfectionist. He is a hard core believer of the butterfly effect... and would often think about the repercussions of every action he takes. He is extremely calculated. However, despite him being a social recluse at times, he has a rather energetic personality and his love of competition; specifically sport fighting and eating. He will eat anything. For the most part, only fights to win, and spares his enemies after defeating them only for them to attack him when his back is turned. His staggering power is simultaneously reined in and enhanced by his fierce loyalty and morality. Sei is pure of heart, possessing no negative feelings or thoughts. He is also portrayed to be very innocent as a child, because of growing up alone with no friends or siblings.

History: Sei was born to the infamous "Cursed" Yuki clan. Natrally he was exposed to his family's skill at a young age, seeing how deadly and artful ice could be. His family relocated when he was just a child. They eventually came upon the Hidden Cloud Village where they decided to start their new lives. It was then that he has met a lifelong friend named Kusatta. She was curious, and had a habit of creating festival masks to mimic the designs of the ANBU forces.
No more than a month passed, and his parents were killed. The killers claimed them to be a threat, and a danger to all of Kumogakure. Sei knew what it was about, it being his very clan. He held his parent's skill in high regard, feeling nothing of their deaths. It was then that his friends gave him the name "Frozen Heart." Because he went on, carrying no regrets, or anything from his past. He truly "lived in the now" and let go of the past
