Description: This jutsu is another testimony to dray's iryo skills. Performing the required handseals, taking the pattern of the chakra scapel technique, dray covers his palms with chakra and proceeds with the jutsu. He controls the chakra and extends them though they are still attached to his palm(two from each palm). This chakra hose extend up to thirty metres and their tips take the shapes of kunais. When this technique is used to attack, any blood that rests on the tips of the chakra kunais, the blood would travel through the hose and be stored in a desired location of dray.
Weakness: When using this technique, no other techniques can be performed as his hands would be occupied.

Description: This jutsu was developed as a result of intense research an chakra control. Performing series of handseals, dray claps his hands as he opens all the tenketsu in his body to release a blue cloak of stable chakra that covers him from head to toe.
This heavenly cloak of improved chakra increases dray's iryo medic status by one tier.
Weakness: This jutsu can never be used in battle because of it's required chakra control.

This is just for surgery so you transplant with higher success? I'll allow a plus one but its wont add to the rank you have meaning M1 = M2 however M3 will not = S1 or A3=M1 etc...

If M1=M2, I see no reason why M3 can't =S1 considering that the main reason for the jutsu. Re-consider or someone else comment on it

If the first jutsu is denied, I take the second as approved?
