Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Alright, I'm grading this based on a Curve of Kokai, and Uzumaki, as well as the character Kisame
I would rather see a static boost of "X Amount of Charka" rather than a percent. As Uzumaki should, and will continue to have more. (Considering that he fed off SAmehada, as well as the sword feeding off him)
For sensory, you need to be specific, as well as the increase in Tai speed.
All of this is normally okay, but stacking it all in one thing.. is a but much. If you removed the Sensory (It's really easy to train anyways...) and just said that speed is increased by 1 Tier of Tai in water... you should be fine.
As for the Chakra boost, I personally would think +80, or 15% boost will be fine, unless you can contest this, and provide a reason why this would be relatively on par with the Uzumaki clan.
