This is more of a request rather than a suggestion. All the Canon clans and such should be written in someone's own words. With it being copied directly from the Wiki, you can get in some trouble, especially if you ever accept donations. Now, if you want to KEEP the Wikia quotes, you need to properly aspire credit to the Wikia. (See how I quoted them in my Kaguya app in the description of the KKG).
The next suggestion is to create a regular "level interval" for speed and strength past that of Specialist. These would not be attainable by normal means as stats, however, Jutsu can get people to certain levels past that of a Specialist with no Jutsu. For the sake of the suggestion I'm gonna call it "tiers" for clarity, but you can call it whatever you want. Basically, certain jutsu like, for example, the 8 Gates, increase speed by a certain amount. If the person is already fast, they could achieve speeds beyond that of a Specialist and gain speeds of Tier 1 and up. Tier 1 would be 5 meters per second faster than a Specialist, Tier 2 5 meters faster than that, tier 3 5 meters faster than that and so on. For strength, Im not sure how to determine that, but you get the picture.
An advisor position on staff. This person would be staff, technically, but not really. Their job is to advise about site issues in an objective point of view. This person would not be a mod, nor would they hold any authority in decisions, or do much else for that matter. The purpose of this is to provide them an objective point of view, and a point of view that normal members have. There should be 1-2 of these if you use the idea.
My final suggestion is something I spoke to Ryan about already but I'll suggest it here. There need to be different titles, and fewer titles. Different because many are similar to that of Nexus, and fewer because there are over 20 possible S-Class ninja, which should not be the case. More like 2 per village, not counting Kage, and that is if the village has at least 6 people in it, again not counting the Kage.
