Raiton Ninjutsu

Raiton Ninjutsu are those that use lightning and are generally the faster of the five elements. They also cause electric damage, decreasing the speed of anything struck by them by one tier for the following two turns. They are a good way to get even with a faster target.

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: While maintaining physical contact with an opponent, the user lifts one arm into the air which generates a powerful bolt of electricty to pass through them and cause C ranked Lightning damage to the target.

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user forms one sign and emits a lightning spear from their mouth at Adept Speeds up to 40m.
This spear is strong enough to pierce rock and does B ranked Raiton damage. This technique can also be used as a beam.

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user performs three hand seals and focuses Raiton chakra into the palm of their hand. The energy becomes so intense that it is visible and gives off a loud sound of electricity. The user then physically strikes a target with this energy in order to create a fatal blow, dealing A ranked damage. Due to the speed of which this chakra moves, most users would be unable to manage controlling it. Controlling the direction of the jutsu requires Master Level Reflexes. This technique is limited. Upon mastery (an additional 1k WC to learn) of this technique, it no longer requires hand seals to form.

DESCRIPTION: The user forms five hands seals and releases a wave of electricty at Adept Speeds up to 30m. The user can instead target a surface by making contact with his palms and causing the electricty to move up to 60m through that surface. This technique does A ranked damage.

NAME: Lightning Shadow Clone
RANK: A
ELEMENT: Raiton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: Just like a shadow clone, this technique takes on the physical appearance of its user. All of its CS are one tier lower however. It also shares an even split of the user's chakra pool. The number of clones determines how many splits their are to the chakra. One's the clone is struck, it will reveal its true lightning form and do A ranked Raiton damage to anything touching it before fading. The user recieves 1/2 of whatever chakra the clone had left to their chakra pool. This jutsu requires a B ranked chakra cost from the user to maintain every other turn.

S Ranked Raiton Techs

NAME: Raikiri
RANK: S
ELEMENT: Raiton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: Only those who have mastered Chidori can learn this jutsu. This jutsu has the same effect as Chidori, but deals H Rank Raiton Damage. This jutsu also gives the user an additional One Tier in speed for one post.
