Fuuton Ninjutsu is the art of focusing chakra and launching at the opponent with bliistering winds at harsh speeds. These speedy and wide attacks make good for an attack on everywhere type gameplan.

NAME: Stream
RANK: D
ELEMENT: Fuuton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user exhales a small gust of wind, moving at Adept Speeds, up to 10m, causing misc. effects such as kicking up loose dirt or sand. It can stagger oppoenents with strength less than Intermediate as well as move the user a meter in the direction opposite of exhale while in midair.

NAME: Gale Palm
RANK: C
ELEMENT: Fuuton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user claps their hands together and then pushes an open hand towards an opponent, causing a large gust of wind to pick up and travel at Adept Speeds towards the target. This wind moves up to 50m. This wind causing minor cuts to the target, doing D ranked damage. This wind can also be used to throw an opponent with strength less than Intermediate levels if the target is within 3m of the use. This strong wind can be used to increase the speed of small projectiles by one tier.

NAME: Great Breakthrough

CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user forms five seals and releases a powerful wind, 3m wide and moving at speeds of Intermediate for up to 10m, capable of staggering targets with Adept Strength and launching those with Intermediate or less. This technique can also disperse projectiles quite easily.

NAME: Air Bullets
RANK: C
ELEMENT: Fuuton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: The user forms the bird seal and spits out three small (1in diamater) air bullets at a target. These move at Adept Speeds and travel up to 50m. These bullets do C ranked damage. The speed of this jutsu can be increased to Master if the user pays 20 additional chakra.

RANK: C
ELEMENT: Fuuton
CLASSIFICATION: Ninjutsu
DESCRIPTION: With two fingers pointed, the user waves their arm through the air, creating crests (2m wide) of air which cut like a blade upon contact with a target, doing C ranked Damage. These crests move at Intermediate Speeds.
