The economy system is simply in place to make sure that villages are able to prosper without fully relying on village income. These are simple taxes on goods. However, at the end of the season, half of the village's wealth is distributed among the villagers in shares decided by the village leader. The village leader will post the majority of this information on their village sheet.
The following are things that require a set taxation, despite taxes put in place by a village.
Player Shops: These are shops where players can sell wares they have gathered through trade or gathered materials. They can make their own prices as they see fit. However, 5% of all sells from the shop must go towards the village.
Lottery:: While it is up to the village leader how much the lottery costs, all of the proceeds must go to the village rather than anyone else.
Private Residence: Characters have the ability to purchase private property to create private threads within. However, threads outside of private property are public, unless designated by staff. The cost of private property is in Ryo per week. This money goes to the village. Rent can be decided by a village leader.
