APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION: (At least 300 words)
She has bright auburn hair, which if looked at from afar can appear red, that is cut to neck length and curls outward to give a reversed mushroom top look. Her height stands at a small 4'8, giving off very little muscle tone and just a rather slender figure but not skinny, she also weighs 90lbs which is considerably light for her age, however it only helps aid in what she's good at which is getting farther away from her opponent. In all it's hard to see her being a genin let alone being as old as she is since her entire look and style turns towards a small girl. To most it would just seem like an academy student was trying to sneak by as a genin, but this is not so.
She has pale blue eyes and pale skin but not pure white just pale and lively. Her eyes are fairly large and open, very clear along with her skin being clear also and she gives off the look of a children's dollie at times despite being a teen now which is fairly emphasized. However she atleast looks like a girl, having a feminine figure and soft look to her face. It's also just barely apparent that she does have the growth of a teen in her chest but only to a certain amount, being only a B cup which isn't necessarily small for someone her age and stature and she doesn't mind but it was a common misconception with some who believed it to be faked all because of her childish figure.
Her outfits consist of light and dark hues of purple, blue, and blacks with very flowy desgins but is actually rather snug fitting to her body so that it doesn't snag or hold her back during her attacks. It's not to mention with her mother being a kimono seamstress that she tends to have some alternative outfits that seem similar to a kimono but are more plain and useful in battle, whilst also being comfortable. Her village headband isn't really used as a headband by her but rather as an armband since when it was used as a headband her hair would cover it entirely giving off suspicion.
PERSONALITY: (300 WORDS)
She's very calm when it comes to dire situations not of her own, such as harmed teamates or surprise attacks, she tends to keep level minded during these common problems and can quickly react to them with precision as sharp as a knife. However when it comes to her own situations, not so much herself in a selfish manner but rather her family in a caring manner, she tends to go in a state of pure silence and blank minded without much realistic expectations. This sprouts from a deeply rooted fear that came from her younger years which will be explained later.
She's quiet, not in the good sense either. If her team or comrades were to need info she may fall silent even though she herself can react to it and know what to do she still feels unsure how to word things correctly. It's not to mention during friendly introductions she'll sometimes come off as snobbish or thought to be higher than the rest for ignoring others but really she is listening, she does hear and she does know but she doesn't want to feel like a stalker, rather she just wants to know if you're trustworthy which is very difficult to find in a person when one goes through what she has.
She's smart, not like test work smarts, just common sense wise she's very good at finding a unique way to a problem to be solved. Of course if the answer is obvious then she'd pick it but she'd find ways for there to be ways to curve around the answer before finally picking it. This can come off as awkward and even odd which is off putting towards others but it's the way she thinks and goes about a situation. Infact if someone was to take the time to hear her out then they may even agree with her methods, it's like an shyed animal that smells it's food before it eats, just to make sure it is food and not toxic.
BACKSTORY: (500 WORDS)
- 0-5:
- Lived with her father Heizu and her mother Kūki along with her younger brother Toppū. Most of her years growing up was fairly easy going, Her parents constantly warned her not to become overly proud because they worked hard to keep the family together and alive. She usually took the words for granted but she tends to remember the saying from her mother. "The wind goes in all directions, it can be stormy and loud or soft and quiet. When it comes together it makes a current, and that current is a connection that can tell tales of the past and the future like a friend. Never forget that." It may seem like words but she will one day learn to respect them.
However as she grows she finds out just how hard life can get when during one night a close family friend sneaks into the home and beats her father up mercilessly, on a stormy night no less so they could get away. The reason to this was never found out and because of it her father was severely injured to the point of being unable to be a shinobi. Which devastated the whole family, and sent Hitomi into a shocked state of mind where anytime a storm rolls around, she immediately starts to run and become panicked.
- 6-11:
- She started her schooling and she wasn't the best nor the worst at her jutsu, mostly she was hidden in the crowd along side the other medium classmates. She never seemed to try to make friends with them, only proceeding to work alone for the most part. Because of this however she seemed to have been the only classmate at that time to have the future of being a med-nin. A rare but successful opportunity, not to mention much safer due to being in the defensive lines. She felt this was a good idea so she could protect her family and perhaps even heal her father back to his health.
Of course it would take long, gruelling years to do this and much studying alone. she felt she couldn't trust anyone it seemed, even going so far as to have no trust in the Hokage. If anything she was deeply connected to her family above anyone or anything and was willing to risk herself to get better for them. However she had a depressive streak where she'd put herself down quite often, feeling weak and helpless to do anything. This went on for a while and really hurt her self esteem to where she barely even talked anymore.
- 12-now:
- She came into being a genin with the idea that she was to learn medical skills however she also knew she'd be at a disadvantage when it came to common problems such as taijutsu users, thus she hopes to acheive a better idea on her fighting style as the years go on so that she isn't left behind.
