Clan History: The Setsu Clan (lit.Clan of Severing), also known as the Clan of Severing Blades is a isolated clan, the settlement of which is nestled at the foot of a mountain. There, they have easy access to many ore and mineral veins. Partly as a result of this, nearly all members of the clan are taught smithing at a young age. The weapons that their blacksmiths produce rarely leave their compound, however they are highly valued and are often sold for a high price. These weapons will not be of the highest quality, which will be reserved for clan members. The tools and weapons they use are fashioned from a high quality alloy which conduct chakra very readily, but have high melting points as well as incredible durability. They are also renowned for their kekkei genkai, Steel Release, which has manifested itself in this clan as a variation known as Tōeiken, which allows them to create and manipulate blades from anywhere on their body. The user is able to use this ability in a variety of different ways, for offensive, defensive, or supplementary purposes. Due to their kekkai genkai as well as their smithing techniques, many a ninja has attempted to gain access to their settlement. However there are only a few people even aware of their location and practically no-one outside the clan has ever set foot inside the settlement. This is mostly due to the hostile and wary nature of members of this clan towards outside interference. It is unusual, though not unheard of for a small group of Setsu Clan members to leave the settlement and make for a ninja village to seek their fortune.

KKG Name: Steel Release
KKG Description: The Steel Release (鋼遁 Kōton) is an Advanced Chakra Natures that involves bending the users chakra into a physical shape around their body to enhance their own characteristics. The techniques once belonged to an unknown Shinobi clan who used it as a Kekkai Genkai. In the 3rd Naruto Movie, it is revealed that Hiruko used a technique to drain the Kekkai Genkai. It is unknown how any current users learned the techniques unless they are a branch from the clan.
There is also another form of Steel Release, where when using the Steel Release: Molecular Recomposition technique, the user can manipulate pre-existing metal with iron as one of the components and use the metal in a variety of ways. The Nekiogama clan consist of users who excel in this version of Steel Release and are often known as the Master Blacksmith Clan for their impeccable weapons and armor.

Description: The user's flesh becomes as hard as steel, similar to that of earth spear pillar. They are impermeable to all physical attacks. Also, the steel itself can withstand 50 points of jutsu damage before having to be reused for full chakra price.
Weakness: Once the user's skin is metallic, they lose two tiers of speed. If the user was Taijutsu master, they will lose speed until that of Taijutsu intermediate levels. Also, they lose spead at which they can swing their weapons as well as perform bukijutsu. Hand seal times are halved as well.
