Questions about alterations and offering some of my old stuff

Heya Ryan, so, I'd like to know if you wouldn't mind me fiddling around with the buttons and headers of the forum, to make it look really fancy and such. I also had a request to change the color of the background from black to grey, if that's fine with you I can add a number of Naruto related emotes and animated naruto avatars for ppl who just want to pick some from the gallery if they'd like. Then also, I have my old forumotion site that really didn't kick off. If you would like to implement some of the systems, rules, etc, that I have there (because it's not like I'm really going to keep up that site anyway) let me know, because I'd like to make use of some of it, you know?

So far I added forum buttons in Sharingan, and I added Kanji headders, and some buttons for announcement and sticky
