Rank: Rank determines strength as well as chakra costs
Type:Nin, Gen, Tai, etc
Element: Fire, water, wind, etc.
Range:Up to how far can this reach?
Duration: How many posts does this last? These only count your posts and no one else's
Hand Seals/Charge up: How many seals does it take. this can also be in post times.
Description: Be very clear in what the jutsu does
Weakness: Requires a medium for useage (Intrument)

Sound jutsu are on the ban list purely because they just cant be blocked without destroying all combat proficiencies

True, but then sound would only mess up senses. Making this just Wind Like, genjutsu. No?

Eh... Sound jutsu are just too strong. Even basic ones could make you lose control

Well nothing stops it from landing on allies or even the user themself...

I'd love this, but sound jutsu are autohits.
