Description: The user now possesses the ultimate form of sharingan, allowing them to form Doujutsu into ninjutsu with the utilization of Blaze Release. Should the user not already possess triple tomoe sharingan, they will immediately be allowed use of it. The pattern of the user's sharingan now takes a unique form of the user's choice. This is the only way to alter the sharingan. The user is now .able to see everything within their line of site and gain 4 stages of bukijutsu perception of everything in their line of site (180 degrees from their face)
Weakness: Using this could possibly give the user Mangekyo Points, causing blindness


Mangekyou Sharingan is known as the second to last stage of sharingan. It's power is much greater than that of a triple tomoe sharingan and therefore is one of the hardest stages to achieve. It also allows the use of Blaze Release, the strongest form of fire release Simple pain or training is not nearly enough to induce the heart break needed to attain a Mangekyou. Therefore, the below gives the two ways to achieve Mangekyou Sharingan. Only one of the following methods needs to be chosen

• Witness the death of a PC after spending at least 15k WC with that character. You must have emotional attachment to said character as well, and feel genuine heart break. This means that person must be extremely close.

• Witness the death of an NPC that is extremely close to the user. You must have heavy emotional attachment to the situation and feel genuine heartbreak. You will need to have spent at least 30k WC with said character before witnessing their deaths.
  

Now, there's the issue of going blind with Mangekyou Sharingan. The rate of which your eyesight will deteroriate will be determine by how much you use the eye. Excessive use will of course cause temporary blindness after deactivation until a certain WC recovery is met. After accumulating so many "MS", one will lose their eyesight completely. These MS points will need to be added to a person's ninja info card to be kept up with.

The amount of chakra spent on MS techs in a given thread will determine how many MS points are gained. After gaining 100 MS Points, the user goes blind and can no longer use their sharingan. Regular eyes or a new pair of sharingan can be tranplanted into their eye sockets. Should another pair of Mangekyo Sharingan be tranplanted into them, they will gain Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, which will be listed below. Below are the listings.

More than 50 Chakra Spent: 5 MS points and 250 WC Recovery

More than 100 Chakra Spent: 10 MS points and 650 WC Recovery

More than 200 Chakra Spent: 25 MS points and 1250 WC Recovery

More than 300+ Chakra Spent: 35 MS points and 1.5k WC recovery



EMS:

To gain EMS (Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan), it's extremely simple. All you have to do is tranplant the eyes of another Uchiha that possesses MS into your eye sockets. A surgeon will be needed for this operation. Should the surgery fail, both pairs of eyes will be destroyed and both hosts will need to find a new set. Simple as that. While EMS gives you no benefits aside from those of MS you no longer possess MS points, meaning you cannot go blind from using your Mangekyou Sharingan. This means it can be used infinitely, or until your chakra runs out.
