Personality:
Nindo: "I fight for what I want, and I will do it with good form."
Personality Description: Killian has a fierce, and dark nature. The man is quite mysterious, and many people of the Leaf don't seem to understand him. Killian is an outstanding shinobi at his age, however presents otherwise. He is claimed as a loyal, and honourable man, however is doubted by many, and not too trusted. He believes in good form, always presenting the best, and fighting they way he was taught to. A skilled boy for his age, seemingly considered as a young teenager, but he matured much quicker than that. After the amount of losses he's had, his mindset changed fully. He carries a heavy reputation of both positive, and negative, and so it burdens his shoulders.
Killian has special way with his humour, and also a sense of being selfish. He is likely to develop emotions of hatred towards those who despise him based on the rumours that float around the village. Among his dark side, as said with his humour, he likes to mock others in a jokingly way (not trying to offend,) and will make flirtatious jokes when given the chance. He speaks oddly, different from other people, which brings out the difference in him compared to the rest of Konoha. Intellectual, he has high values of knowledge, a lot more than the average Chunin, though he personally doesn't look down on others, for that isn't 'good form.'
Sawamura is a very adaptive person, knowing and recognizing his environment well. One of the few positive things on his reputation is that he is experienced in adapting to both his surroundings, and with other people. Though he may not specifically like one over the other, he is well qualified as being a ninja who can change between environment, people, and situations. What's even better is that he's flexible with this type of stuff, and he could care less with having to be adaptive. He actually finds it quite amusing, rather than boring. In addition, he is a notable gentleman. He treats women, certain women, with respect, and does the same with friends, the elderly, and those at higher ranking.
Favorites: Peace and quiet, cleanliness, and his jokes.

- Spoiler:
- THE START OF SOMETHING NEWKillian was born in a distant land by the seas near the Hidden Mist Village, Kirigakure, however his life had a drastic change, where he himself, couldn't even handle it for a short period of time. Killian, a young baby, had an unfortunate birth. His mother died shortly after, and as a crying baby, he never remembered how she looked, or who she even was as a person. In fact, Killian was so uneducated about his mother, his father refused to tell him anything about her. He always had secrets, hiding it away from his son, and Killian disliked that, he despised his father to an extent, though still appreciated him for helping him grow up.
Killian lived on the seas for awhile, developing a passion for the waters. His father was a traveler, and constantly had to bring Killian along with him obviously. As a young child, he was exposed to dangers of the sea. The salty smell that lingered the air, the rocking ship that would flow among the waves of the body of water. He grew up loving ships, loving to travel to islands, other lands, however all good eventually experiences bad. His father taught him quite a bit (including swordsmanship), enough for him to survive himself. He grew adapting to his community, to his fellow shipmates, but his father didn't like that. He became much more distant from his son, Killian, and so Killian grew out of this fathers expectations.
One night the ship landed at the docks back at Kirigakure no Sato, and Killian was sound asleep in his single not-too-comfortable-yet-endurable bed. Little did he know, his father was about to abandon him. To leave his only family behind, and provide his son a handful of resentful emotions against him. His father had told his shipmates to not say a single word, and was told to lie to Killian. To tell him he disappeared, and that they didn't know where they went. But clearly, they did, and Killian was able to differentiate between the truth and the lie. He knew his father already hated him for becoming a better man than he was, for having a better form, for fighting what he believed in. It hurt him, so badly, that he practically orphaned his one, and only son. He thought this was giving him a better chance, the one he would desire, but he was wrong.
Killian woke up the next morning, confused, lost, devastated. But, shortly after he understood it all- he understood the very reasons of his father's choice, and so he left him. Killian never endured such pain and lost, his only father was now gone, and his only mother was dead. No one would be there for him, so he made the decision of going to Konohagakure no Sato. To leave his memories behind like a pool of water, but of course, that was not a possibility. Memories don't vanish- they stay. They haunt if it's bad, they remind if it's good. Memories weren't a thing he could rid himself of.CATCHING UPKillian loaded up his stuff, getting himself ready for Konohagakure. The crew of the ship dropped him off, he himself now traveling singularly in the middle of nowhere. He stood still on land, staring at the map. He studied navigation well, especially from the stars, but maps would do to. After a few days travel, running low on supplies, he finally managed to discover the Hidden Leaf. Claimed as a refugee, Killian had to fight for his freedom, whether it would be the last thing he had to do. Successfully passing through all trials on him, he no longer was a refugee, but a lovely citizen of the Leaf.
The young boy had to catch up on everything. Although skilled in swordsmanship, navigation, and adaptation, he still had to learn the basics of ninjutsu, and other ninja properties. Surprisingly, he had the requirements to be a ninja, and was confirmed for having chakra. This was something he wasn't aware of since he grew up on the seas, on a boat, somewhere he originally claimed as home. But now, his home was gone, his family was gone, and the Hidden Leaf was the only thing that was the closest to any of that.
His educators were quite surprised of his speed and progress. Killian caught up with the class in a short period of time. He was randomly thrown in a class, full of imbeciles who didn't bother to try. Loathed by every person in his class (besides the teacher himself,) he had a difficult time getting along with the others when he was advancing further. Killian started to create his own fresh path to follow, unlike his father who chose to disband him. Killian would never forgive his father, not after such a reckless decision. He didn't even leave a message, but instead told the crew to lie to him. All the words remained, caused him pain, and would only give him false hope, thinking his father would one day return, but that was not the case.MOVE ONKillian moved on, slowly but surely, and graduated the Academy at a later stage than most, but more intelligent and mature than most. He was 11, and successfully transferred around, never staying in one team when he was Genin. In fact, he generated most of his income, and got a majority of his experience by himself. He working better as a single entity, and did not want to be a part of a team. This grabbed the attention of many, thinking he was weird, different, mysterious. Most Genin preferred being apart of a team, but Killian didn't. He was the opposite of many, but nevertheless, he completed the minimum requirements for being promoted to Chunin.
Not so enthusiastic, Killian developed a personality that differed from all his previous classmates, and Leaf comrades. He flourished as a ninja, and so a reputation followed shortly after. It was either a reputation that some either liked, or disliked. They either hated and neglected Killian, or they appreciated and thanked him with respect. Killian established his own set of values that he was either taught, or he himself created him. Having good form, being a man of honour, and being a gentleman was his main values. Other than that, he was just Sawamura, Killian."A man unwilling to fight for what he wants deserves what he gets."

- I stood silently on the village training grounds. I looked up towards the sky, sun shining brightly straight down. Weather was perfect. I planned for something big, something that would now aid me in battle. That was to learn another element. Right now, I only knew one, and that would be water. Water is quite a diverse style in terms of jutsu that I could develop, however I thought it was time to branch out of my comfort zone a bit more. Although ninjutsu isn't my specialty, knowing more and gaining more experience would benefit me, and my team if they or we, were ever in a situation where it was to be needed most.
I was able to get my hands on a few of those papers which could depict your natural affinities. Since I already knew of my best mastery in water, this would tell me what my secondary could be. I took the paper from my pocket, and held it in my hand. As I stood there and waited, the paper burned to ashes. I let the dark ashes slip through the gaps in between my fingers. Fire was good. Since my team members dominate element was wind, fire and wind were meant to work together. It was now time for my warmup, except kicked up a notch. This would get my blood and chakra flow ready for the training. Elemental training was something I've never done before. I stretched for a few minutes to get my body ready for what I would do to prepare myself.
Fifty pushups, thirty sit-ups, jog around the training grounds for ten minutes.
That was my current training regimen for the day, especially to prepare myself for what would come next. I stood still, sweat dripping down my head. I was in a rush, I was ecstatic. I was beyond happy. Having a second element was one that I would always dream of. Coming this far, this was the next step out of the zone I was always so familiar with. With that being said, I was ready to start the next step into developing my fire chakra nature within my body. I let out a big breath from my mouth, focusing my chakra. In meditative form, I held a hand out, hoping for a flame to erupt. Unfortunately, I let myself down, being to excited to know it wasn't that easy. Finally regaining my original state, I was officially ready... right?
My eyes shut. "Bloody hell, this better not take ten hours," I mumbled to myself, as I sighed. I stood, held my hand out once again, and continued to focus my chakra to the best of my ability. My chakra manipulation was not the best of course, but I knew of what I was capable of, so making this happen shouldn't take that hard. I failed multiple times, I nearly lost my temper which wasn't something I was known of. I calmed myself down, and remembered that it would be magical. I needed to embrace the power, I needed to image the flames. I was thinking too much, yeah. That was the issue I was struggling over. "Kuroo, remember what father told us. Rushing to produce results won't get you far." The same words was repeated in my head, said from my brother, Yukio, a few years ago after father's death. I smirked, now that I knew the secret behind it.
I was thinking too much, rushing myself. I needed to be patient, learn to go through the entire process.
Before realizing anything, a small flame was hovering above my hand. I chuckled, "Well look what we have here," I looked at the small flame, with a sensation of confidence, satisfaction, and excitement. This was rare. I put the flame out to try it out once again. Once you figure out the secret, you get more leverage. You have the advantage. I came here to learn, and produce, not to have false hope, and fail. I stretched a bit until I tried again, and sure enough, results were popping up. Slowly, the flame would go from something as small as a nut, to something as big as a tennis ball. With a big grin on my face, I couldn't wait to use the new element I was currently mastering. Though, it would still take quite a lot of time before it would become something I would have full control over.
I slowly sat down on the dusty floor, crossed my legs, and went back into my meditative state of mind. I held my hand out once again to make sure that the outcome was not a fluke. A faint feeling of heat radiated my hand, and as I opened my eyes, a larger flame was produced. Despite is being nothing tremendous, I could say for a fact I was satisfied. A few hours of training, exercise, and focus helped me develop something completely new, and out of the blue. To be quite frank, I thought I would be sitting here longer than what I thought. Maybe a few days, but I proved myself wrong. Granted the opportunity of being able to develop a new element mainly from scratch, I was satisfied enough, fulfilling the one goal I've always waited on completing.
I slowly stood up, dusted my shorts off, and headed home. Achievement.
